Ok. So, I know I said I was taking a hiatus, but I am in the midst of moving. Which means, no internet until the 2nd of June. So, here is one chapter. I might be able to get another one in tonight. (After Spencer goes into her room to pack, Kyla gets out her cell phone and begins to dial a familiar number. On the other end, we here a voice coming through the receiver.)

Kyla: Aiden, phase one completed.

Aiden: Thank God! I was so worried that she wouldn’t go for it.

Kyla: Me too. How are the Carlin’s doing?

Aiden: Scared and excited. They just want to see her.

Kyla: Yea. She’s not doing to well Aiden.

Aiden: What do mean? Kyla, what’s wrong?

Kyla: She’s thin. She doesn’t eat. Or sleep. She’s not the same Spencer we once knew.

Aiden: A lot of things have happened Kyla. People change.

Kyla: But not like how she has. I just want the old Spencer back.

Aiden: You may never get that Ky.

Kyla: How did things get so fucked up? When did things go so wrong?

Aiden: I don’t know baby. But we have a chance to fix it now.

Kyla: What if five years was five years too long.

Aiden: Than at least we know we did everything we could.

Kyla: Are you sure this is the right thing to do?

Aiden: When have I ever been sure, Kyla, of anything. But w have to do something. We already lost one person once, we can’t lose another.

Kyla: I know.

Aiden: So, Phase Two.

Kyla: Phase Two…We get Spencer home, and then….

Aiden: And than what?
Kyla: You know what Aiden. I know you were a jock, but you are not that stupid.

(Aiden looks into the kitchen, and than back at the phone. He clenches the phone in his hand, almost breaking it. He gathers a few deep breaths, and than places the phone back onto his ear.)

Kyla: HELLO! AIDEN!

Aiden: I am here. Kyla (pause) are you sure that is a good idea just yet. I mean, she will just have gotten back after a five year hiatus. Are you sure thrusting this at her is the right thing to do?
