    Spencer nodded. “I couldn’t have asked for better.”

    Ashley moved forward and cupped the side of her face with her free hand. Her eyes closed as she brought Spencer’s lips to her. The blonde was so casual about them being together with Paula around, Ashley decided to feel the same way, Spencer wasn’t stupid. She knew what she was doing. Ashley urged the blonde down on her back and covered her with her body. She allowed the blonde to wrap her arms tightly around her as she parted her lips with her tongue. Spencer easily accepted and began teasing her barbell, sending delicious shivers down the rock star’s body. “You are so amazing.” The words were panted as their lips broke apart.

    Ashley stiffened at the softly spoken words. ‘Amazing my little bellezza.’ Andre’s voice filled her mind. It was the last thing he had moaned before climaxing. Ashley could still feel his warmth all over her hand. The rock star all of a sudden felt sick. “We have to stop.” She murmured shakily. She eased her body off her girlfriend and settled herself on the other end of the couch. Unconsciously, she sat hugging herself. Cocaine, she’d do anything to have it now. The memories she had buried under the white powder were starting to come alive. Her sober mind easily accepted them, Ashley couldn’t stand it. The shame she felt as Andre came to mind, how far she went for cocaine, it wasn’t worth it. At that moment, she realized she wasn’t any better than the whores she fucked. Doing anything for a hit. For a stupid feeling that left you wanting more, always wanting more, cocaine was never worth doing, Ashley smiled bitterly. And yet, she’d do anything to have some now.

    “I’m sorry.” Spencer moved off the couch getting her girlfriend’s attention. “You must think I’m the biggest tease doing this to you.”

    Ashley shook her head. “I don’t think that.” She reassured. “I’m glad you steal kisses when ever you can. It makes me happy.”

    “It’s still not right. I keep leading you on knowing we won’t get far.” She played nervously with the ends of her bangs as she listened to her mother hang up the phone. The reason for her risky behavior had been logical. Paula had received a phone call from a long time friend of hers. Every time she called they talked for hours. The blonde was a bit surprised that their conversation didn’t last longer. Spencer’s mouth shut as Paula entered the room, killing the conversation.

    2. Wow! How I have truly missed this. Such an amazing update. I can’t say enough. Love this part of their journey together. I’m glad that Ashley is getting to see that she can be a great person without the drugs. Can’t wait for more. Great writing. Very inspiring.

    5. ashley’s getting along with spencer’s family even if paula and arthur get suspicious every once in a while. i’m glad spence had ashley talk to denny maybe he won’t do any more pot and the scene where he’d said i really think she’d let you do her was hilarous my favorite scene. ash really needs to call brenda and talk to kyla not just text pms

    6. i was late to school cause i started reading at 6:00 am and stilll havnt touched my homework. but luckly getting home to read this motivated me to finish my 5 mile run for track faster

    11. This is such a sweet chapter, thanks for making so long. lol, i love the long chapters. I’m really glad Ashley is deciding to change. These two are so amazing. There’s just a ton of things I’m liking about the story. I love how Paula and Arthur actually like Ashley in this fic. Go figure. Anyway I can’t wait for the next update, i’ll be patient but it won’t be easy. XD

    12. First the smoke blowing: You are an amazing author! I wish you could just knock these posts out every week but I know good things take time and so alas I must wait, thank you though for sharing your talent.Ok, soo interesting, I get the impression that Paula is either A)passive aggressive or B) just really cool with the fact that Ashley and Spencer are seemingly together… Arthur on the other hand seems a little less like he’d be into their relationship…Time will tell I suppose.I love Denny! He’s like a male Ashley…a little more immature but I like him!Also, interesting form of therapy for Ashley…meeting a well adjusted family seems to have helped put a few things into perspective for her. Maybe she needs to stay out of LA, environment is apparently everything…or maybe what Ashley needs to do is turn her actually family into a better one. Hopefully she reconnects with Kyla and her mother, they seem to hold a meaningful soft spot in her heart.PMS PMS PMS

    13. I cannot even tell you how much I loved this update. I took time to read it (3 or 4 days) because I knew it’s gonna take a while for the next update to be posted, so I wanted to savor reading it. I love what you created between Ashley and Spencer…it’s almost something magical. Everytime I read this story I forget everything around me, no lie. (The prologue still worries me, though). I hope Ashley will manage to stay away from the drugs..she’s much better of without them. It probably is gonna take a while, but I hope you’ll update soon-ish. I’m addicted to this story. :P I really am.

    14. I swear i can never get enough of this story… im waiting for something bad to happen though, things are a little too perfect for the girls… o and i cant wait for Spence and Denny to come out to each other
