“You know we are practically kissing now.” He winked at her and she rolled her eyes. She did like Aiden he was a guy’s guy and yet had a sensitive side that came out on occasions. He would make a lovely boyfriend and if she ever changed teams he would definitely be the type of guy she would go for.

“Who are you kissing?” Ashley asked as she sat in-between Sophia and Spencer as both girls subtly moved up a little to sit closer to their last arrival. Neither girl noticed the other girls action however it did not miss Ashley’s awareness. Lately she had felt like her two friends were fighting over her attention and she could not understand why.

“Me and Soph…she just doesn’t realise it yet.” Aiden spoke back breaking Ash from her thought. “So we still on for tonight?”

“I’m in still.” Sophia piped up.

“Me too, oh Spence I forgot to mention it last night but…” Ashley knew there was something she was meant to tell her friend last night but she had completely forgotten all about it. She often did that; being around Spencer caused her mind to wander off and she forgot simple things like breathing sometimes.

“Yeah, I have been invited, and yeah I’m there.”

“Wicked, I will pick you up on the way.” Ashley smiled at her friend and they beamed at each other, the exchange was noted by Sophia who felt her heart drop.

“Um I forgot I had to go and see Stevenson.” Sophia suddenly said as she stood up and was meet with a frown from Ashley. “I’ll see you all tonight.”

Quickly the girl walked off so the other three didn’t see the way her face had fallen. She had never expected this and she didn’t want to feel like this. But being around Ashley made her heart pound so crazy in her chest that she feared it was going to break right through. Sophia had left a girlfriend back home in New York and she had no plans to have feeling this quickly but it had swept her off her feet. She had felt the instant electricity from the brunette and had thought she had felt it too, but by the way she looked at Spencer; she was wrong. How could she feel like this, she had only just met Ash, but it felt like they had known each other for a life time.
