I spent all day Sunday in my studio. I had to catch up on the massive amounts of reading for my Anatomy and Physiology class. I was having a hard time staying focused and was constantly catching my mind drifting to all of the other events that had happened yesterday. Every thing that Ellen had clued me in on left me strung out in anticipation of seeing Ashley again.

Grams came over at about 2pm with some sun tea. She wanted to remind me about dinner on Wednesday with Ellen and Ashley and was hoping I could make it. I told her that I had already called the clinic and got the ok to leave an hour early so that I could be home in time. I thanked her for the tea as she went back to finish working on the coy pond in the patio.

I had good focus the rest of the afternoon and got all of my reading done for the weekend. I decided to go for a swim at the pool with in my grandma’s gated community. It was never crowded because there were only 5 other home owners besides my grandma and Ellen with in the community that had access.

When I got back I saw that Kaylen had left me a txt to call her when I had a chance. I took a shower to wash off the chlorine and then called Kaylen. The call was quick. She said that she was meeting Aiden at The Bean for coffee after our 10 am class and wanted to know if I would join. I said sure and that I was looking forward to seeing her and making sure that Aiden was the real deal. She laughed and we agreed to meet out side our Anatomy class tomorrow morning.

I lay in bed and waited for sleep to come it was going to take for ever because I had too much on my mind. I hooked my ipod up to my iHome and searched till I found the sexy voice I needed to sing me to sleep. I relaxed as Chris Pureka filled my ears. I let her lyrics fill my mind instead of all the other things that had me amped up.
