    What happens in the dinner when a serial killer is after you, stays in the diner…sort of

    “Where the hell do you think you’re going?!” Spencer whispered loudly as she sat up a little in bed.

    “Lily wants to talk about shit. I gotta go.” Carmen explained as she ran a hand through her hair. She paused for a moment, collected herself, and then bolted for the door.

    “Shit, we have to go get her!” Spencer said, already getting up and looking for a pair of shoes. Ashley watched her, lazily stretching.

    “Why should we?” Ashley’s eyes were focused on the bit of Spencer’s stomach she could see, not at all concerned about the Latina’s exit.

    “We can’t just let her go walking alone at night, Ashley.” The blonde admonished, still searching for her sneakers. Ashley rolled her eyes and got more comfortable in bed.

    In Spencer’s search, however, she found something besides sneakers. “Shit, Ash.” The blonde breathed out as she reached down to where Carmen had been lying earlier. Face up on the floor, Spencer saw a candid picture of the Latina, only, much like the picture Ashley had found in her locker of her deceased father, the photo had been doctored. Carmen’s eyes had x’s in them and black ink was dripping from the raven-haired girl’s mouth.

    Ashley sat up in bed as Spencer showed her the picture, both girls’ mouths hung open. Once Ashley processed what the picture meant she cursed loudly.
    “I fucking hate Mendez.” The bru
    nette groaned as she slowly got out of the bed and looked around for her discarded clothes. Spencer barely contained her giggle, eyes trained on the brunette, as she watched her dress.

    “Wait!” Spencer said with excitement as the two girls reached the bedroom door. She hurriedly ran to her closet and produced a bag full of the girls’ disguises. “We’ll need to be incognito.” The blonde nodded with a smile. Ashley chuckled a little as she gazed at the adorable girl. “Come on, we’ll change in the car.”

    Spencer raced down the steps as quickly and as quietly as possible with Ashley closely behind her. They were in the car and slowly driving down the streets in hopes of catching up to the Latina.

    “Shouldn’t we call the sheriff?” Ashley inquired as they scanned the neighborhood.

    1. ok so you had me practically crying one minute with their declarations of love for each other, and then pissed off the next when spence didn’t jump in to tell ash that she meant what she said! arrgghhhh! anyway I digress. this whole chap was freaking awesome, ash climbing through vents, their fight that turned totally hot, even their little agreement about fooling around (although damn I wish they’d just tell each other they love each other and make the other realize they mean it!!), everything! so is carmen dead? guess we’ll find out soon enough. excellent update stix, very much worth the wait! pms please!!

    2. Ok, I liked: 1. Spencer using “for sure” on Ashley, that was very telling. 2. Ninja Ashley ;) no further explanation needed for that. 3. The reference to “Murder, She Wrote.” 4. Declarations of love. 5. Making out while on the brink of certain death … hot. 6. the “fooling around” clause. I DID NOT like: 1. rat poop … eww 2. taking back the declarations of love 3. constant interruptions to the girls making out 4. Carmen. Oh and p.s LOVED the birthday greeting. Thanks sweetie.

    4. This is a good story and I hope you can continue on with it. I like how they are mad one minute and then all heated up the next. Its hot to do that sometimes.

    5. fuck. okay soooo one sec i’m like shittng bricks scared that they are about to die. then the next i’m pissed cuz theyre back to oh i hate you. and spencer seriously needs to fucking chill with the “i’m gonna be alone and deal with shit on my own” cuz isn’t that how her and ashley stopped being friends in the first place. i’m sorry but i would have left carmen walking by her damnself. and i don’t give a fuck what anyone says, i think the killer is(…) but seriously is carmen and lily dead cuz even though i don’t like carmen and lily is ok, it would suck if they’re dead and spence and ash missed it cuz they can’t keep their hands off each other. so that was an awesome chapter, i got super excited when i saw it there then i started yelling at the computer like they could really hear me, but anywho awesome chapter, can not wait for more cuz this story is hella badass. keep up the good work. pms

    6. What an emotional roller coaster that was! freakin brilliant :) of course I knew they were going to be interrupted- but i was pleasantly surprised by how far they’d gotten. I’m not sure why neither one is capable of owning their confessions of love, but I do know that love makes you do and say stupid shit so I’ll chock it up to that for now :)
