The One Who Changed My World – (Chapter: 2)
“I’m sorry,” I say to her.
“About what?” she asks like she hadn’t heard that whole conversation.
“About not telling you I was gay, number one. And also about Melissa being so…forward I guess.”
“Oh,” she sighs. “Well don’t worry about it. That’s none of my business. But I have to go meet up with Angela, I’ll see you later.” And with that she walked off and out of my life, I thought.
After I got back to my dorm, I laid in my bed trying to figure out why I was so intrigued by this girl. When I realized it was hopeless, I just decided to go to the football party and get my frustration out by mindlessly fucking Melissa yet again. It was boring, no doubt, but it was sex none the less. I was the last person to pass up sex.
After arriving at the football party, I didn’t waste any time bringing her back to my place; my single bedroom always an advantage. We fucked for a few hours, until I was bored and told her to get out. I really did feel pretty bad; she was a sweet girl and I knew she was much more invested in this “relationship,” if you could call it that, than I was.
As she stood at the foot of my bed pulling her jeans up over her close to perfect hips, she looked at me curiously before voicing her concerns.
“Are we ever going to be more than just fuck buddies?” she asked sincerely. I had no intention of hurting her, but my response did come too naturally I suppose as I laughed at the idea with perfectly fatal cynicism, completely unaware of the effect I had as I bore deeper into her soul, breaking her heart once more. Still, she couldn’t gain the strength to turn and walk out on this humiliation, or even take her gaze away from the catastrophe that stood before her.
As expected, she left in a hurry once she finally realized I was serious about not wanting anything to do with her past sex. I can’t say I blame her. My past relationships are nothing to write home about. I wasn’t always this way though. Once upon a time I was the golden child.

Interesting….why was Spencer getting drunk by herself? Ashley’s enjoyed being the knight in shining armour!
Ashley seems nice and sincere. Spencer is interesting. I’m curious about her story and if she’s trying to drink away something she’s not ready to face.
