“I guess I’ll leave, go over to your house, to keep Alice and Shane company.” Dana says and smiles.
“Yeah. Thanks for staying the extra few minutes.” Bette says and give her a hug.
“You’re welcome.” Dana replies and leaves. Bette walks down the hallway and stops in front of Tina’s room. She softly knocks and then enters.
She sees Tina on the bed. Still groggy from the operation. Bette walks over and gently takes Tina’s hand in hers and softly caressing it.
Tina slowly opens her eyes.
“Hi baby.” Bette says and move her hand down to Tina’s face and pull away a few stray hairs from her face. “How are you feeling?” Bette asks.
Tina takes a deep breath.
“Okay, I guess. A little queasy.” Tina says closing her eyes again.
“Do you need something for it?” Bette asks.
“No, I’ll be okay.” Tina whispers., her eyes still closed.
Bette takes a hold of Tina’s hand and pulls it to her chest. A tear escape her eye, but she quickly wipes it away before Tina sees it. “Babe?” Tina whispers.
“Yeah baby?” Bette replies.
“Could you get me some water? I’m so dry in my mouth.” Tina says.
“Sure, I’ll be right back.” Bette says and walks out to the nurses station.
“Excuse me? Do you have a glass and maybe a sponge?” Bette asks.
“Off course.” The nurse replies and gets it from a locker in the nurses station. “Here you go.” She says.
“Thank you.” Bette replies and walks back in to Tina.
She fills the glass up and put the sponge in, she then brings it up to Tina’s mouth.
“Here you go baby.” Bette says and place it carefully on Tina’s lips.
Tina takes a sip from the thing and Bette takes it back into the glass. “Better?” She asks.
“Yeah, thank you.” Tina says and opens her eyes slightly and smiles. “How are the boys?” She asks after a few moments.
“They’re good. They’re home with Shane, Alice and Dana.” Bette replies.
“Okay.” Tina says.
“Why don’t you sleep? Get your strength back.” Bette says.
“Stay with me?” Tina whispers.
“I wouldn’t want to be any place else.” Bette whispers back and leans down and kisses Tina softly on her forehead. Bette gets the comfy chair. Tina reaches out her hand and Bette takes it. They fall asleep after a few minutes.

Great chapter, but I’m a little nervous about Bette. What’s going on in her head that she needs to talk with Tina about???
They suffered a lot. Give them some sweet moments please.
I’m guessing that due to so many trips to the hospital in the past few years, she’s worried about the boys. Like, maybe she’s wanting to ask Tina about who would be the boys’ godparent(s).

whats the problem with Bette? she is thinking about buy a Hospital? i think is a good idea..lol..or she is thinking in death and she alone with the boys??? nooo and i dont even need to give you evil ideas..lol..that was great and welcome back baby :o)
