    Author Notes:

    Just an ordinary day, buying furniture.

    “Well, Bette and I bought an apartment, and we need some painting help.” Tina replies.

    “You what? You bought an apartment? Here in Chapel Hill?” He asks almost shocked.

    “No, in Raleigh.” Tina replies.

    “Are you moving here?” He asks.

    “No, just using it as a vacation spot. My life is still in L.A.” Tina replies.

    “So, when do you need my services?” He asks and smiles.

    “Sarah is coming over at 4:30. You can come then too.” Tina says.

    “Yep, sure, I’ll be there. But I have to bring Jason, I hope that’s okay. Lauren has a late meeting today at work.” He says.

    “No, that’s fine. Just bring a play pen for him maybe, so he won’t get into the paint and stuff.” Tina says.

    “Yes, sure. So where is the apartment?” He asks.

    “Morgan Street, on the corner of Morgan and Dawson. You know where it is?” Tina asks.

    “Yes, I do. I’ll see you at 4:30 then.” Chris replies.

    “Yes, see you then.” Tina says.

    They say their goodbyes and Tina walks into the hotel and up to their room.

    When she walks in she sees Bette sitting on the couch. She has already packed her suitcase and placed the golf-bag by the door. She’s looking through the same magazine as she’s looked through all weekend.

    “Haven’t you read that magazine thousands of time by now?” Tina asks and smiles. She walks over and takes a seat next to Bette.

    Bette closes the magazine and throws it onto the table. She takes her arm around Tina’s shoulder. Tina leans her head down on Bette’s shoulder.

    “We need to buy some paint” Tina says.

    “We do?” Bette asks.

    “Yeah, I invited Sarah and Chris for a painting party. I didn’t like the color in the living room. I don’t want a red living room. I want a white one, or egg-white or bone-white.” Tina replies.

    Bette smiles and kisses Tina’s forehead.

    “Anything you want.” Bette says.

    They sit in silence for a few minutes. Enjoying each others company.

    “So Shall we get out of here?” Bette asks.

    “Yeah, just let me pack up my things.” Tina replies. She gets up and walks over to her suitcase, she throws everything in.

    “If we’re going to live there a few days. There are things we need. A bed for starters” Bette says and raises one eyebrow.

      Well, even the sweetest fairy tales always have their dramatic moments, no ? Anyway, I always enjoy drama. Hmmm… but here, a short moment, I hope ! (lol) Your entire story is so tender… Drops of drama are ok, but not thunder ! (lol)

      Now, I really think our lovebirds should carefully test this beautiful king-size bed. Seriously, of course. Well… almost ! (lol) After all, they have to be absolutely sure it will be really comfortable, hmm ? Soooo essential ! *wink*

    11. i can feel how happy they are specially Tina is a dream come true for her…she should call her mother and ask her to bring food..lol..now they have to test the bed´s spring..lol..bring it on some love..love your story and i missed you please dont take so long to post again :o)
