    B&T 9 years after season 1: That night and a big day at the beach

     

    Grace: "Hey sweetie I haven’t talked to you in awhile what’s up?"

     

    Alice: "I’m sorry to bother you but…"

     

    Grace: "What are you doing with my nephews phone?"

     

    Alice: "Grace this is Alice Pieszecki Tina’s friend from LA. I really need to talk to her, but she’s not answering her cell phone. I was hoping that you knew where she was."

     

    Grace: "She can’t be reached right now why do you need her?" Tina had made Grace promise not to ruin her surprise, and was told to lie if Eli called.

     

    Alice: "Eli was in an accident so if she’s in a meeting or whatever pull her out. I have to get a hold of her."

     

    Grace: "How bad is he hurt?"

     

    Alice: "Doctor said he has a concussion, and we don’t know about his arm yet. He went with the doctor to get some more tests, but I really need to find Tina. Can you help me or not?"

     

    Grace: "Yeah. If her phone is off then she must have turned it off for the flight. Do you have a pen and paper?"

     

    Alice: "What flight? Never mind I’ll remember the number go ahead."

     

    Grace: "It’s not a number it’s an address. Tina’s already in California she got in earlier today."

     

    Alice: "She’s already here?"

     

    Grace: "Yeah. She’s at a beach house she rented."

     

    Grace gave Alice the address, and Alice hurried back into the hospital.

     

    Alice: "Where’s Bette?"

     

    Dana: "The nurse let her wait in Eli’s room. She wanted to be there when he got back. Were you able to get a hold of Tina?"

     

    Alice: "Not exactly. I called Grace and she told me that Tina’s already in California. She took an earlier flight, she probably hasn’t turned her phone back on, but I have the address of where she’s staying so I’m going to drive down there and bring her."

     

    Shane: "Bette wanted to tell her."

     

    Alice: "Yeah well until Tina turns her phone back on the only way Bette can tell her is if she drives to her in person. And I seriously doubt you’ll be able to take Bette away from Eli."

     

    Dana: "I’ll go with you. The kids are looking a little tired we can probably stay at Tina’s. While Alice drives back to the hospital."

     

    Shane: "That sounds good…Anna you’re going to stay with Aunt Dana and your cousin Jack for a little while okay. Mommy has to stay with your Aunt Bette. I’ll see you soon honey."

     

    Alice: "We’ll be back soon."

     

    They hurried out to the car while Shane waited.

     

    The traffic was really light so Alice was able to find the beach house pretty quick with On-Star. She pulled up to the big house that Tina rented for the summer.

     

    Jack: "Wow mom this place is cool. Is this where Aunt Tina lives?"

     

    Dana: "Is it?" Dana said turning to Alice who was carrying Anna in her arms.

     

    Alice: "This is the address Grace gave me. Ring the doorbell baby. I need to get her to the hospital."

     

    Dana rang the doorbell and they heard a loud bark and a thump on the door.

     

    Dana: "I think we’re at the wrong house."

     

    They heard someone shooing the dog away, and then the door opened.

    1. Nice long chapter that was greatly appreciated. I just had a feeling that Eli would get hurt while skateboarding. Don’t make his injuries severe, please. We don’t want B & T’s reunion and summer at the beach ruined. ;-)

    9. Thanks for the long chapter. I had a feeling something was gonna happen at the skate park, hopefully it’s nothing serious. Please don’t let Tina flip out. Too bad her surprise was ruined. I hope Bette gets to spend alot of the summer at the beach house (with some NC-17 rated chapters) I am glad her and Eli are bonding so well. Please post soon.

    11. This is a heck of a way for Tina to come face to face with Bette. But this will also will allow her to see just how much Eli means to Bette. I hope that after Eli is taken care of the Bette and Tina get to spend some quality time together. Thanks for the post and anytime that you write is appreciated.
