Bette had just completed her scheduled 3 o’ clock conference call.  She glanced at her watch and noted she only had less than three hours to prepare for surprising Tina with their date.

‘First date.’  Bette added excitedly in her mind.  ‘What to do?’  Bette wanted to do something extraordinary for Tina.  Bette tapped her pen impatiently against her desk and the perfect idea came to her.

With a smile on her face, Bette quickly buzzed for her assistant James. 

“Yes boss?”

“Code Red.  I need some serious help, James…”

And with that, Bette Porter’s master of seduction plan was put in motion…

Meanwhile, at the Kennard residence, Tina was in a panic.  So many decisions to make…so little time!

‘What should I wear’?

‘Where are we going?’

‘Why am I so damn giddy around Bette Porter?’

‘Could I possibly be…?’

Tina didn’t have the time or frame of mind to seek answers.  She focused on preparing herself for Bette’s arrival.  After a hot shower and endless wardrobe changes, she finally decided on a fitted spaghetti strapped black dress that accentuated her curves and matching sandals with delicate straps. Tina placed a silver bangle on her right wrist, necklace and hoop earrings.

Tina examined herself in the mirror.  She hoped Bette would be pleased with the goofy smiled woman she found in the reflection.  ‘What the hell am I doing?’  Tina wondered.

Tina checked her watch and noted it was quarter to six.  The excitement of what was to come was mounting exponentially was the minutes ticked on.  Suddenly doorbell sounded.  ‘Oh my God!  She’s early…’

Tina did some last minute touches to her hair and straightened her outfit before opening the door.  “Hi…”

Tina was surprised to find a delivery man.  “Miss Kennard?”

Tina nodded.  “Yes.”

“This delivery for you.”

“Thank you.”  Tina accepted the beautiful arrangement of pink roses.  Tina set them down on an entrance table and reached for her purse to give the delivery man a tip.

He smiled and advised, “Everything has been taken care of.  Enjoy your evening, Miss Kennard.”

Tina watched the man walk away and closed the door.  She returned to the arrangement and brought it to the living room.  She sat on the couch and examined the flowers.  They were a romantic refined pink hue and emitted a sensual rose fragrance throughout the room.  As she placed the flowers to the living room table, she observed a small card attached to the cylinder vase.  Tina took the card into her hands and read:
