    Bette completes touring Tina around the gallery…what’s next?

    Tina suddenly stopped the steady pace to check out a sculpture, causing Bette to accidentally bump into her.

    “Oh, sorry.”

    “Yeah, you should be.” Tina smirked.

    “You’re not going to make things easy on me, are you?”  Bette asked with a wry smile, loving the challenges Tina threw her way.

    “Me?  Easy?  I’m not easy, Bette Porter.  You behave yourself now.”  Tina replied, sauntering confidently closer to the sculpture.

    Bette couldn’t help but chuckle at the banter she had with Tina and also took the opportunity to discreetly check out the blonde’s derriere.

    “Coming to enjoy the view?” Tina asked, referring to the sculpture she was examining.

    “Yes,” Bette answered with a grin. ‘The view is just beautiful.’

     

    The two continued touring the gallery, never missing a beat with their flirtatious banter and light hearted conversation.  Once they had completely canvassed the area and ended up where they began, the tour had unofficially come to a close.  The disappointed expression was exhibited in both women and it was obvious each wanted the moment to continue.

     

    Tina glanced at Bette with a sincere smile.  “Thank you for taking the time to tour me around.”

     

    “It was my absolute pleasure.”

     

    “Bette?”

     

    “Yes?”

     

    “I really have a wonderful time with you.”

     

    Yet again, Tina touched Bette’s heart with her openness.  “You know what I think?”

     

    “What?”

     

    Just then, James had to interrupt.  “Excuse me, Bette?”

     

    Bette looked at Tina apologetically.  “I’m sorry, Tina.  Please give me a minute?”

     

    “Yes, of course.”  Tina turned away to give them privacy and examined some artwork in hanging in the vicinity.

     

    James and Bette were in a conversation and Tina could hear them from afar.

     

    “Sorry to interrupt, Bette.  Isabella Anders called and must schedule a conference call regarding the exhibition.”

     

    “James…”  Bette could be heard sighing heavily.  “Schedule it for 3 o’ clock.”

     

    Tina soon heard Bette’s heels clicking on the Gallery’s floors and making their way in her direction.

     

    “Again, I am sorry Tina.”

     

    “It’s no problem.  I’m just thankful you were able to squeeze me in today.”

     

    ‘Squeeze her…’  Bette smiled imagining her arms around Tina.

     

    “You know, I had hoped we could go out for lunch however work unfortunately beckons me.”  Bette sighed.
