Alice: It’s already been two.

Alex: Exactly, so it should stop any minute now.

Alice: Ok, Mr. Brightside!

Alex smiled and pulled her in closer.

Alex: I love you.

Alice: ya ya I love you too.

Alex: You wanna hear some news?

Alice: Okay.

Alex: Rory broke up with Kasey.

Alice: WHAT?!?

Alex: Rory broke up with Kasey!

Alice: I heard you the first time, when why how?

Alex: I don’t know, I was just talking with Kasey at the team gym, and she told me.

Alice: Wow, that sucks!

Alex: Yeah, I think tonight I might bring her out for a movie or something to talk about it. If that’s okay with you.

Alice: Yeah, I was gonna go to your parent’s today anyways.

Alex: Sounds good. Which means, we get dinner together…alone, then maybe some dessert?

Alice: Mmm, what we gonna eat?

Alex: Well, how about Chinese?

Alice: This is why I fell in love with you!

Alex smiled and looked at Alice, worried.

Alex: You alright?

Alice: Yeah, I think it sopped for a while.

Alex reached up and grabbed the mouthwash off the counter and handed it to Alice. She took a swig and rinsed with it, then spit it into the toilet, replaced the cap and flushed the toilet.

Alex: I swear I’ve spent a small fortune on mouthwash. But it’s okay ‘cause now, I can kiss you!

Alice smiled as Alex took her wife’s head between her palms and eagerly pressed her lips to Alice’s.

Alex: how about, I go order the food, while you erm…shower?

Alice: MMM, I like where this is going!

Alex: Mk, I’ll be right back.

Alex hustled out of the bathroom and to the phone. She grabbed the Take-Out menu, and ordered their food, then called Kasey to make the plans for tonight. When Alex walked back into the bathroom, the shower was going, and Alice’s clothes were piled on the floor. She smiled and started to strip.

Alice: What did you order?

Alex took off her socks, then pulled the shower door back, before stepping in, and taking in her wife, soaking wet.
