    “Who…”

     

    “Häh…”

     

    “You knew…”

     

    All three blabbered at once.

     

    “And you three should work on your interrogating skills. That was not very productive.” He grinned widely at them. “Let me ask again. Are Bette and Helena together ?”

     

    “How do you know ?” Shane was first this time.

     

    “Because I saw signs since a few weeks ago on both of them. Hidden looks at each other and standing near comes to my mind. I always thought they would be hot together.” He explained.

     

    “YOU had fantasies about them ?” Alice shrieked.

     

    “I didn’t say anything ‘bout fantasies.” He defended himself. “From the beginning I thought even with all their differences they are very well suited for each other.”

     

    Alice, Jenny and Shane looked perplexed at Max’s insight.

     

    “I know why all of you are flabbergasted. You knew the couple Bette and Tina and there was no way for you to see each of them with someone else. But your bubble busted and your perception of them didn’t change. Ever hoping they would get together again.”

     

    “You know what, Max ?” Shane asked rhetorically. “I underestimated you, man. Big time ! Sorry.”

     

    “You don’t have to…” Max couldn’t finish.

     

    “I can’t believe you, Max. Why didn’t you say something ?” It was Jenny’s turn at being insulted now.

     

    “It’s private, Jen. Why should I contribute something ? It is and was not my place !” Max answered quietly. “And only because it effected you all that deeply, didn’t mean I had to announce my suspicions to the world.” With just that he ended his statement.

     

    “Oh my god, if Tina got that vibes too…” Alice shivered. “And maybe that’s why she agreed to meet me on Sunday.”

     

    “I don’t think so, but speculation will do us no good. We should go over now and talk to Bette… them.” Shane said.

    The lovers stood in the kitchen and couldn’t get enough of each other. Clothes had to come off from both standpoints. Hands roamed, breathing hitched up and they were well onto the road to make love right there.

     

    Suddenly Bette jumped. “What…”

    4. Oh kijuma this is great..how about felinus interruptus!!! Sky is going to be very upset though, she had her heart set on Helena’s getting a dog. Wait, I thought Helena was going to live in the apartment on the house? they have been together ONE DAY and they are moving in TOGETHER??? Don’t let Shane change her mind about living there too. I guess sky and I will have to get a dog..and what is the new kitty going to be named???
