Now Shane couldn’t keep the shock off her face anymore. “You’re leaving the neighborhood ?“
“Yes, Shane, it’s the best for me right now and I finally have to think what’s right for myself.“ Bette told her.
“But… I can’t believe it.“
“There’s more, Shane.“ Bette admitted.
“More than you leaving ? I don’t believe…“ Shane was flabbergasted.
“Shane, please, just hear me out and than I take the fifth degree, okay ?“
“Okay, might as well crush me totally.“ Shane replied.

At the Planet Kit was sitting at a table and drinking her third glass of water as she looked to the door. The water went down the wrong way and came out of her mouth quickly while watching the newcomer strolling in with ease.
Marina came to her table and smirked. „Ah, Kit Porter, nice to see you. The drink not to your liking ?“
“Marina, what a surprise. What brings you here on this fine morning ?“ Kit got her facial expression under control.
“I’m on my way to a meeting and thought a nice cup of coffee would be fine. So why not take it here?“ Marina answered lightly.
Yeah, back at your old stomping grounds, I guess. Kit thought. “Well, that’s nice of you. Every customer is welcome here. Take a seat and I’ll get your coffee.“
“Thanks.“ Marina sat down and flipped her cell phone open. No new messages. Shit.
She had hoped to hear from Jenny by now, but that seemed unlikely the more time passed since her morning call. Maybe later.
Meanwhile Kit was watching Marina from her place behind the counter. My, my, what are you up to, Marina Ferrer ? she thought.
But at that she stopped. Well, I’ve enough on my plate than to worry about her too. Bring her the coffee and that’s it.

Meanwhile Jenny was contemplating what to do. Should she call Marina or let everything be as it was.
Finally she decided it couldn’t hurt to at least hear her out, so she grabbed her phone and dialed.
“Marina, it’s me… Jenny.”

Wow Shane has a lot to chew on. Surprise that it was Helena. Bette is moving,selling her art and falling in love with Helena. Believe that Tina plans on leaving Her BOYTOY. thanks
whoaaa wow never thought Bette would admit having feelings for Helena too. mmmm I like thi svery much but poor Shane she really got a lot to deal with but she’s always been faithful to Bette so I’m pretty sure she’ll stick around and support Bette in every way she can. Great work dear, keep those chapters coming :)
Good for Bette, way to come clean. But i feel for hane b/c she’s losing her best neighbor. I’m thinking the place Bette is going to buy down on the beach is pretty big, maybe Shane can move in and they can be roomies….just an idea. And i can’t wait to read how excited Helena is going to be when she hears the news about Bette moving next door. Helena is going to be thrilled. Actually beyond thrilled, she going to be freakin blown away!!! Post soon.
Oh almost forgot…..I hope Blue likes the sand (LOL)
Excellent move..Bette and Helena living next to each other..and Shane needs to live with Bette…it’s true she needs her best buddy. Blue will LOVE the beach!!!

This chapter is also well written…I can’t hate it. I too think that Shane should live with Bette for awhile. If her house is big like Helena’s then she will have plenty of room.

I am thinking that since Bette is going to have a big house at the beach, and hopefully Shane with her, that would be much better environment for a puppy. Blue came from somewhere, he has a home..
