Bette was confused. She didn’t know who this man was, but she did hear the anger in Tina’s voice, she saw it on her face. She felt like kicking this Eric guy so hard he would regret he was born, because obviously he had done something very wrong to her favourite person in the world.
“I’m helping my girlfriend. She’s moving in the dorm next door.”
Great, Bette thought. I hope I don’t get to see him too much.
“How old is she?” Tina asked, obviously still pissed, but there was a hint of curiosity in her voice as well.
“She’s nineteen, her name’s Eve.” Eric sounded proud of that.
“Eric! You’re what… 32 now? And what happened to Susan?”
“We married three years ago.”
“So now you’re cheating on her? The woman you used to cheat on me?”
Eric rolled his eyes. “I’ve learnt from my mistakes, Tina. Of course I’m not cheating on her, I could never do that to her.”
“But you could do it to me? How am I supposed to feel about that?”
“Well, guess what, that doesn’t matter! We’re not together anymore, we parted six years ago! Susan and I are divorcing. What are you doing here anyway? This is just great, just what I need, a rancunous ex-girlfriend when I’m having a bloody divorce from a woman who will do anything to make my life a living hell!”
“You must’ve done something wrong if she’s that pissed. Not that I blame her. She had it coming to her anyway – being in affaire means you were cheating and she still wanted to continue?”
“Eve is Susan’s daughter,” Eric admitted. “But she was took the first step. I fought my feelings for a very long time but -”
“Love is love and you can’t fight it, even if you want to. Yes, I’ve heard that before. The truth, and it makes it all the sadder that you use it to justify cheating or lying to people you are supposed to love. So, was Susan too old? She must be 42 by now. So you decided to go for younger? As in 13 years younger?”
“It’s none of your business,” Eric said coldly. “So, what are you doing here? Why did you follow me?”

Oh my this will be a brutal semester for Tibette! I think Bette needs to move to Tina’s apartment ASAP!

Hi, dear sweet Gen! *waving* Hahaha You write faster than we can place our comments. Hahaha Sooo, you are gathering both B&T’s exes there, at Campus with Bette. Hahaha Oh Gosh! It would have been a better idea just for B&T to live together and that was all. Tina certainly is right about wondering why she wanted Bette to join College life. Hahaha Well, that means both will have to learn to fight those demons together. Thanks for this wonderful update, dear friend. It was great! Hello Genner, Loved the huor and mischeif in this latest chappie. The fun was the horror as Eric and Emily both appeared on the scene. Tina’s reaction to Eric’s new GF was hilarious. SHe really could have hurt him. Good to have Bette managed to defuse the situation enough to get Eric to leave and Emily to appear. There really is the potential for jealousy on all sides. Interesting times ahead. Bette could always move in with Tina sooner that later. That could spoil lots of fun so please carry on and make me LOL. Many thanks from Your Loyal Fan.
