Jim:  Do you want remote control closure abilities?

Bette: That would be nice. What do you think Tina?

Tina:  Oh, that would be wonderful. Makes us a bit lazy, doesn’t it?

Jim:  No, but it’s very convenient to close all the drapes in the room with one remote control. Now there are a few fans in the house. I recommend that since the bedrooms are rather large that a fan be put in every bedroom. We can put remote control abilities on the same unit as the drapes. Then we can install a storage pocket for the remote unit in a room so you can always find it.

Bette: That sounds fantastic. We need a way to keep things organized and be able to locate it when needed.

Tina:  Now is this all we need to discuss today?

Jim:  I saw that you have made a deposit of $50,000 for the painting part of this project. I may need an additional $25,000 to order the outdoor furniture. I will wait until you come back from New York to order the mattresses.  When will you be available to select your mattress?

Bette:  We may be able to do that on Thursday. We have to go look at some art, but I think we can schedule a mattress selection.

Tina:  What about Daniel and Mary?

Bette:  We will get Daniel and Angie the same mattress we select for ourselves. Daniel is a growing boy. Whatever feels good now, will feel good for a while. He could sleep on almost anything and it would be fine.  We can take Mary and she can make a selection as well. Oh Jim, we will go ahead and give you another deposit of $50,000 to start the furnishing process. We will be available by phone next week but that’s all. We will return on September 3^rd.

Jim:  Well, that would be wonderful.  I do have a contract for you two to sign on the painting inside and out and what we are expected to do for you. When do you expect we will have access?

Tina:  We close on Wednesday. We will have keys made and delivered to you then and you will have access on Thursday. We are flying out on Sunday and will return the following Sunday. You will have access 24/7 until September 13^th. Our movers will arrive on Saturday September 14^th, so everything needs to be finished and cleaned up. And if we can get the mattresses delivered on that Saturday or Sunday, the 14^th or 15^th, we will move out of our beach house and into our home that Sunday. Otherwise, we will move in the following weekend.
