“T, you know there’s one more thing I love about you”

“Now what could that be babe?”

“Your tattoo” Bette said simply as she was gently tracing the image with her fingers.

Tina lifted her head up with a questioning look in her eyes. This did not go unnoticed by Bette who continued….

“It’s beautiful just like you, it’s strong yet gentle. It has both dark and light sides to it…. like you said it’s a representation of you and I think it’s perfect”

Tina simply leaned over and placed a tender kiss on Bette’s lips and with that they were both content and soon drifted off to sleep.

The next morning Tina was awakened by the sound of her cell ringing. Groggily she searched the room trying to locate it and finally answered with nothing more than a grunt.

“Wow Tina, you must have had a serious work out last night?” Alice said giggling

“Mmmm… Hey Al what’s up?”

“Well Miss Kennard, I have a mission update for ya. You up for meeting at the Planet in say an hour?”

“Hmmm sure Al, I’ll see ya there”

“K Tina see ya later”

Tina slowly stretched, her back, toes and other limbs clicking. Releasing all the built up tension from last night, relaxing her body and preparing herself to get out of bed. The sounds of bones clicking woke Bette from her sleep…

“God T, that’s disgusting” she mumbled

“Sorry babe, one of the downsides of being a dancer I guess. Hey I gotta go meet Al for coffee so you stay in bed and get some more sleep ok?” Tina leaned over and kissed Bette before getting up to go and take a shower

“K T, hurry back”

At the Planet

Alice, Shane and Dana were sat at their usual table discussing the plan when Al noticed Tina entering the cafe and heading straight to get a strong black coffee. A knowing smile gracing her lips as she saw her friend making her way over.

“Hey guys, howzit going?”

All three looked up and smiled at the newest addition to their little ‘family’.

“Hey Tina, late night?” Shane asked as she leaned back in her chair, like Alice she knew what must have gone on last night by the look on Tina’s face.
