Only sweet old Dana was clueless to the reason Tina looked so tired and was concerned

“Tina, you ok…. you look really tired? Have you not been sleeping well…. I know this great herbal teal that really helps”

“Thanx Dane but that’s not necessary” Tina said with a smile, adoring the innocence of the the young tennis player.

“What… what did I miss?” Dana said as she noticed the knowing smiles on the faces of the other women

“Nothing Dane it’s ok” Tina said, trying to reassure her friend

Slowly realisation dawned on Dana and she blushed and turned away with a sheepish smile saying…

“Oh”

“Ok guys so what’s the news, how’s everything going with our little plan?” Tina said as she took a seat next to Shane

“Ok well, I talked to James and he said he could manage to get Bette’s schedule cleared for about 3 weeks and then a week for Christmas…. does that sound good?”

“That’s amazing, thanx Al. So that means we’ve got three weeks in Zim and then a week at home with you guys. I’ve managed get someone to cover my classes for about 5 weeks, starting end of November. Does that fit in with Bette’s?”

“Perfect…. So now, on the clothes front. We went out shopping and got everything except the bikini. We thought it was better if you got that particular item don’t you think?”

“Absolutly, thanx so much you guys. What did I do to deserve friends like you?” Tina said with the biggest smile. Al, Shane and Dana just smiled at Tina knowing that they were all blessed to have each other in their lives.

“So all we need to do now is get the tickets right?”

“Right Al, I’ll sort out everything on the Zim front…. *****, I just forgot!! We gotta get Bette maleria tablets and innoculations. How the ***** are we going to pull that off?”

“Don’t worry Tina, we’ll make a plan” Alice said, trying to reassure Tina

“Yeah, don’t stress Tina” Dana said as she wrapped Tina in a hug as she was getting up to leave.

“I gotta run guys, gotta hit the gym. Got a match coming up and need to be in top shape. See ya later at Milk?”

“Yip” “Sure Dane, later” “Bye” all three girls said over each other

Tina also got up to leave a short while later, eager to get back to her sleeping beauty and fantasising about their African adventure. She wanted to spend the rest of the day in bed with Bette before they had to meet up at Milk.
