    Refocusing

    “Captain, you know as well as I what is going on.”  Christina did not meet her eyes. 

    “What’s with the Captain stuff?  I am your wife damn it.”

    “At this moment you are my Commanding Officer and we are on duty.”

    “It’s been a long time since I saw this side of you.” Elizabeth mused aloud. “Come here.”

    There was a shocking flash of ire before Christina responded to the command and crossed the room to stand before her.

    “Please sit down” Elizabeth nodded to the space beside her.

    Christina stiffly sat beside her. 

    “I want my wife back” Elizabeth said softly.

    “You will have her in two point one hours.”

    “I want her now.” Elizabeth placed her hand over Christina’s and involuntarily their fingers linked and the warmth flowed between them in silence.

    There was a surprising level of agitation in her usually calm wife yet Elizabeth did not delve any deeper, respecting Christina’s privacy even in the depth of their bond.  She could discover what Christina would not say but she did not wish to learn what Christina was not yet willing to share.

    They sat fingers linked for several minutes and she felt Christina relax and the calm presence she was used to returned.

    “Thank you” Christina spoke with eyes closed.

    “For?”  Elizabeth knew the answer before it was spoken.

    “For letting me come to you in my own way.”

    “You never need to thank me for loving you.”

    Hazel eyes snapped open and the anguish was hard to see.

    “Is that what it is?” The hazel gaze was not truly focused on the wall where they were fixed.  “I fear I am losing control.  I no longer know who I am.  It seems as though my other selves have taken over and I am lost.”

    “Your other selves?”  Elizabeth struggled to keep up with her and hear her at the same time.  This was important.

    “When we came together I had some semblance of control over my emotions.  I lost that when we melded and then remelded. I find that I want to tear apart anyone who would challenge my place with you.  I cannot tolerate any disrespect shown you or our relationship.  I believe I have become a liability to your command and that I should resign my commission.”

Christina is madly inlove with Bette she can nolonger deny it, especially when someone wants Bette or insults her,,,and loved how Bette told her that she’d go whereever Christina would,,,beautiful,great love making and a perfect chapter!

    10. Kelika…all I can say is that I could truly feel the love between these two women. It came through with every sentence. Their passion, their want, their desire to please the other sent chills down my spine. I think this is one of my favorite chapters in this entire mission. Could I boldly ask for more?

    16. Hello Kelika, Many thanks for a wonderful installment of this magical tale. I just love the balance between Bette and Tina you have crafted. This is meeting og two individuals perfectly aligned to each other. Christina has fought her desires and needs more than Bette. She is starting to relinquish some of herself to Bette. Admitting that she is complete when Bette is near was a big step for Tina. Their attraction and love-making is hot and sexy while being tender and loving.
