    Two years later…

    Two years have moved on. The twins are two and Malaci and Miley are twelve. Bette had just finished work and was on her way to the day care centre to pick up the twins. When she got home Malaci was walking up the driveway.

     

    “Oh hey Mama how was your day?” He asked putting his key in the door and opening it before going to help Bette with the twins. They got into the house and Malaci took Kaitlin over to the play corner and sat her down.

     

    “It was quite what about yours?” Bette asked putting Ashley in the play corner.

     

    “Yeah I think im grounded!” He said hanging up his jacket and taking off his shoes.

     

    “Malaci what have you done now?” Bette said going into the kitchen and putting the kettle on.

     

    “Well there was this dude at school and he was being a twat. He called be a loser so I called him a retard and got caught” He said showing Bette the letter the school sent home along with a punishment exercise.

     

    “Malaci I know he called you a name first but you don’t retaliate you tell a teacher that way you don’t get into trouble and your mum isn’t going to freak.”

     

    Tina just came in the door. She seen Kaitlin wide awake and she smiled before walking over to pick her up she went into the kitchen with Kaitlin in her arms and heard the end of Bette’s sentence.

     

    “Who’s going to freak?” Tina said kissing Bette

     

    “Hey babe, I never heard you come in how was work?” Bette said avoiding the subject.

     

    Malaci was tip toeing over to the door trying to escape without Tina noticing.

     

    “Hold it right there Malaci!” Tina said turning her attention to him.

     

    “Man do you have senses or something because you know what im going to do before I do.” He said

     

    “What have you done?” Tina asked

     

    “What do you mean what have I done. Infact what would make you think I have done anything.”

     

    “Let me see your mama is mentioning someone is going to freak and there you are sneaking out the door so spill it” Tina said folding her arms.

    3. Nice long chapter. Miley should’ve told her parents what was going on but that’s a given. I’m not sure how it is anywhere else, but if I had said “twat” when I was a kid, I would’ve had my hind end spanked. lol

    4. Children learns so much from Parents. How to be bullies is taugh. I feel sorry for the girls and their parents when Shane and Bette get through. Then the school will need to notific of act to them. The girls will be more careful and one hA BROTHER SO GUESS WE ARE IN FOR MORE DRAMN FROM HIM. Thanks

    5. Yeah, I would hate to see the Head Master and those parents after Bette and Shane get a hold of them. B&T need to watch Malachi just in case he decides to try and retaliate after he finds out what happen. Brothers tend to be over protective and I bet Malaci is such a brother. Great post PPS:o)

    7. I know that fighting is not the way to go but sometimes it seems to be the only way. Sometimes adults are blind to what a child goes through at school. A teacher can only do so much if the kids never tells them what is happening.
