    This tale begins the day after Season 5 ends — and picks up, JadedRogue style

     

                “My movie, my story, my vision, my words, you simply finished the product I began.  You only finished what I began, picked up the scraps.  Those movie deals, they would have been mind.  But I think you deserve them, for being very talented in what you do, you do it very well.  That aside, you might well have done me a favor,” said Jenny.

     

                “I highly doubt that,” said Adele unbelieving.

     

                “No, no, I think you have.  I’ve come from this with a renewed vigor for words, and for words in movement.  I want you to release that tape,” said Jenny, tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear.  “If at any time I meant anything to you, my words, my vision meant anything to you, you shall do me the extreme honor of releasing that tape to the world.  It won’t ruin the careers of anyone, it will boost your movie and every straight man in America will want to see it.  It will give it the publicity it needs to be an award winner.”

     

                “What did she do to you?  Tell me?” asked Adele in her always inquisitive voice.

     

                “My heart is broken and all I want is redemption,” said Jenny, standing tall, her back rigid, and her eyes clear.  She would not cry, no longer would she be the one to be hurt, from now on, Jenny was in charge.

     

                “I’ll contemplate releasing the tape, that’s all I can promise you,” said Adele.  She moved to the door and opened it, waving for Jenny to leave.

     

                Jenny walked to the door, stopping and giving Adele a steely stare, “You owe me.”

     

                “I may well owe you, but the form of payment will be of my own choosing,” answered Adele.

     

                Jenny left the apartment, her eyes cast upward towards the blue tranquil skies and she wondered if she’d ever find the peace that resided in the sky.

                “I do not understand how you remained with that woman for so long,” Helena said to Cindy as they were going over the books of SheBar.  Helena was quick to realize that SheBar was a cash cow, and Helena, being a Peabody, was going to milk it.

    1. I am so confused. I’ve looked behind the doors, under the sofa cushions, in the closets and under the bed and not a vampire or super power in sight. Unless Adele is going to give Jenny eternal life by biting her neck!!!!! I really liked this and hope for a lot more. Even if it is going to be a regular narative, I know you will make it great.

    4. Great chapter JR. You seem to have all the bases covered. Alice and Tasha, Shane, Nikki and Jenny….. and even Adele. Hopefully that slimebag will do something to help Jenny, since she was so horrible in the show. Bette and Tina off for a romantic getaway (Is this you paying off your bet?) And Kit, Helena and lover Cindy. I am looking forward to futher installments.

    7. JR, this was sensational! It will be interesting to measure your version of S6 against I.C.’s when it comes out. I love your take so far. Can’t wait for the next installment of the story!
