Alice stood there, her mouth going dry and coming close to tears. What if she lost her now?

Dana looked at Julie right in the eyes and said yes. She would always be there for her and she was truly her best friend after such short time of knowing her. At this point Julie asked if there was someone else, deep down knowing the truth.

Alice could hear her heart beat thumping in her ears and felt a little light headed.

Dana dropped her head and said yes, Julie asked her if it was Alice, to which Dana replied it was. She questioned if it was mutual and Dana couldn’t help but smile and reply she hoped so, she was crazy about Alice and had been for a long time. Julie said she was sure Alice felt the same way.

Alice had the widest smile ever and jumped in the air, inwardly shouting yes and punching the air. If she could of seen Dana she would of seen her smile was a mirror image.

Dana looked at Julie and her face fell and apologised. She went on to say that what she had was most likely a crush and she would help her find Miss Right! Julie managed a smile in response and Dana hugged her again. She then asked Julie if she wanted to get a snack and see if they could go back to Alices` trailer to talk. Julie said that would really help.

Alice suddenly came back down to earth with a bump and realised she had to get out of there quick otherwise Dana and Julie would know she had been listening. She quickly tip-toed back up the corridor. Just in time, Dana and Julie came from around the corner just as Alice reached the end of the corridor. Alice walked forwards and faked a shock look when she saw them and said hello to them. Dana said they were fine and asked if it was ok for them to go to her trailer for a chat, which Alice agreed. Julie turned to Dana and said she would meet her there to give Alice and Dana chance to speak.

Alice – “What is wrong with Julie?”
