"Are you happy babe?"
"Unbelievably so. You?"
"I have wanted this from the first moment I met you, I just didn’t know it."
"Well I have to say, I am awfully glad you realized it. I would have looked a little silly standing up there by myself saying all of those words with no one to hear them." She smiled warmly at her new bride.
"Bette, you amaze me. I think I have heard every loving word you could possibly hear from someone, and then you go and absolutely just amaze me."
"It’s easy, being in love with you, and being loved by you makes it easy."
Tina pulls her wife into a tighter embrace.
"Angelica looked so adorable today, she did so good with the rings don’t you think?"
"She was wonderful, just like you babe. You know she takes more after you each day."
"As long as she takes after you in her loving personality Tee, she will be a heart breaker alright."
The reception was in full swing as Kit took the stage. She took hold of the Mic and announced the arrival of the newly weds.
"Ladies and gentlemen, it is an honor and a pleasure to introduce you to my Baby sister and her loving family, Bette, Tina and Angelica Kennard-Porter.
The crowd clapped appreciatively for the newly weds and their daughter.
Bette and Tina took the stage. Kit gave Tina a hug as she passed her the microphone.
"Bette, Angelica and I want to thank you all for sharing this incredible day with us. As most of you know, this hasn’t been an easy time to get here and most of you here tonight were an integral part of this happening. So thank you all for believing in us as individuals and as a couple. Your love and friendship means the world to us. Enjoy the wonderful food and music Kit has so generously provided, and have a great time. We love you all."
Tina and Bette took centre stage on the dance floor for the traditional first dance.
It had taken them little to no time to decide on that song as they were preparing for this day.
The first notes of Leona Lewis’s Angel began as they melted into each others arms.

THANK U FOR THE SHOUT OUT. From the beginnings of my time on this site I got right into your stories. It is sad to see a story come to an end but I do appreciate the lovely finale. Maybe one day u’ll feel all creative and come back or not?! Lol. Know this: I appreciated u and your stories as u too have been so supportive of me. And yes MELTDOWN is till waiting for me to get some energy…its not that I have writer’s block its just pain & the necessary meds that makes me exhausted. That was really wonderful story. I cried at the beginning while I felt Bette’s hurt and I’m more than happy now that they found their way back together. Please do me one favour – sit down and write a new story or a sequel or what so ever just don’t disappear .
