Giles cleared his throat.

‘Right, if the rest of you would like to follow me I’ll get you settled in.’

‘See you soon girls’ the rest of them said as Bette and Tina headed in the other direction.

’Great, now were cut off from our friends?’

’Relax T, I’m sure they just ran out of room space on the other side’.

Tina rolled her eyes at this.

‘Hey, we’ll have less of the eyes rolling missy’ Bette told her, smacking her lightly on the butt.

They carried on down the hall until they reached what was to be their room.

Bette pushed open the door and one of the most magnificent bedrooms came into view. The main highlight of the room was the huge window that looked onto the front of the house. The sun came gleaming in through stain glass windows and long, heavy curtains were draped off to the sides. To the right of the room was a huge twin set of wardrobes. They looked like something off the set of Narnia, only they were bigger. Next to that in the corner near the door was an ancient desk and mirror. All in beautiful shape. On the other side of the room was the bed. It wasn’t just any bed though. This bed was probably 3 times the size of Bette and Tina’s at home. The 4 poster bed was made of strong carved wood. The posts grew right up, almost touching the ceiling. There were drapes and curtains hiding half of the bed which from where Bette and Tina were standing looked like the most comfortable bed in the world.

After gazing around the room in silence for about a minute Tina broke the silence.

‘Oh my god, its beautiful’.

Bette agreed to that with a nod of her head. They walked in further and put the bags down. Bette went over the bed and brushed her hand along the covers. They were so soft and smelt fresh, as though they had just been lain on. She looked up at Tina and smiled.

‘You know T, I don’t think this weekend is going to be bad at all’.
