Bette gave the officers her address. She didn’t dare ask any questions as she was still in cuffs, but answered whatever was asked of her.
“This is what we need you to do,” Officer Flores said as she walked behind Bette and unlocked the handcuffs. “We need you to get in your vehicle and return to your domicile.”
Office Pietrowski sighed and said, “Look, we’re cuttin’ you a break, all right? He walked around to where they stood on the black top. “You get your behind home and figure out another way to deal with whatever’s going on here. I suggest you get yourself a good lawyer and handle it the right way. We know Nicastro. We know how she operates. When she plays by the book, she’s fine, but when she gets a bee in her bonnet, she can be impossible. Hey, you didn’t hear that from us.”
Once Bette was out of the cuffs, she turned to face the officers. She was taken aback to see the six foot, four inch tall cop, holding her ultra feminine, tan Cole Haan purse by the straps with his fingertips. In his other hand, he held a small sheet of paper. “This is the number of LA County Public Guardian Office and LA County DCFS. Nicastro works out of both offices so you can talk to either of her supervisors.”
Bette took the paper and her purse. “Thank you.” She started away. “Excuse me, do you know anything about a Roberta Colley?”
“Why do you ask?”
“My partner and I are doing a second parent adoption and she’s giving us the run-around.”
“That’s cause you and your partner are women.”
Pietrowski looked at her in a scolding way.
“Stay out of trouble. We don’t want to have to come back here tonight.”
“Right.” She turned and walked to her car. “Thanks, officers.”
Bette was near her car and heard Flores say to Pietrowski, “Yeah, you don’t have a problem with Colley. Try growing a vagina and see how she treats you.”
“She’s all right with me.” He strode back to his side of the car.
“Right and you have the scratch and bite marks to prove it.” Flores spoke across the roof of the patrol car.

I’m really pleased to see a new chapter so soon. Excellent plan by Shane and Carmen to get Al and Dana back together. I have a good feeling that it’ll work. Dylan and Hels, what can I say? They’re hot. I dunno how they’re going to get rid of Danny completely, but I’d think besting him would be easy, because he’s a complete idiot. Can’t the Peabody billions just hire a couple of thugs to muscle his sorry behind out of LA? Bette and Tina: Eureka! I think Porter’s got it! I cannot *wait* for Nicastro, Colley, Marcos and any other hatahs to get put in their place. And last but not least, you actually made me like Henry. Maybe it’s Christmas cheer, maybe it’s that you gave him a heart. Either way, I’m very glad you posted, great chapter, and dare I ask that you post again soon? Why yes. Yes, I do. Shane covered her mouth with her hand to keep from laughing. When she was six or seven, she thought that the words lavatory and laboratory were the same words. Her father had caught her with a glass Pyrex dish and a steak knife in the bathroom on her knees, pulling her poop out of the toilet to begin some experiments in her laboratory. She recalled that her dad threw away the baking dish. – LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!! Nicastro has got to GO! At least Bette got the ok from Henry to see Tina and that Bette is working on a plan. Helena and Dylan was freakin’ HOT!!!!!!!

The day seemed to end too perfect for B&T what drama do you have planned next? I just want Tina to get better and get up out of that hospital real soon. Stephanie is going to get the help she needs in jail if she keep taking that man’s money. Thank you for another wonderful chapter.
