Previously:

"What’s wrong sweetie?" Bette said.

"She’s all grown up." Tina said and began crying harder. Bette joined her.

"Yeah I guess she is." She said. Everyone was quiet thinking about watching the amazing woman on the screen grow up and all the memories they have.

A Couple Weeks Later.

"Here you go Jess." Angus said sitting a smoothie down in front of her.

"Thanks but I would have come and got it." Jess said.

"That’s okay." Angus said.

"Hey what’s up?" Jess asked.

"Nothing." He said.

"Come on. How long have we known each other?" Jess said. He sat down. Jess closed her Chemistry book and gave him her undivided attention.

"Kit would kill me." He said.

"Let me guess then. You asked her to marry you again and she said no or not yet…..again." Jess said.

"Yeah. I just don’t understand her. She says she loves me but…." Angus said.

"I know she says she just can’t." Jess said.

"It’s what she always says. I don’t know what do next." Angus said.

"Never give up. She’ll come around. Give me some time maybe together we can figure out a week to get to her." Jess said.

"I hope you can help." Angus said.

"There’s just the person I was looking for." Kit said.

"What did I do?" Jess asked.

"You didn’t do anything. There is a man and woman at the counter asking for you." Kit said.

"Aunt Kit they looks like reporters." Jess said.

"They are but these ones from the Advocate. I think you should talk to him." Kit said.

"Aunt Kit. I came in her to hide from them." Jess said.

"I know, and I have thrown every other reporter out. These aren’t like the others." Kit said.

Jess looked past her to the guy and woman. They were standing in their suits looking a little nervous.

"I guess it will be okay." Jess said.

"I don’t think you will regret it." Kit said. She waved them over.

"Come on Angus let’s leave them to it." Kit said.

"Jess I will stay if you want me to." Angus said.
