    A Revelation

    Previously:

    "Al. It’s okay. I dug this hole now I have to sit in it. Can we get going so that I can get this over with and get back to bed." Jess said.

    "Sure." Alice said standing up.

     

     

     

     

    Jess walked down the long hallway that led to Bette’s office. She got some looks from some of her fellow classmates because of several reasons. One she still had her sunglasses on, Two she cringed at every sound, and Three she had an escort following close behind her.

    Alice and Jess arrived in Jess’s office.

    "Hey Jess. Ooo you don’t look so hot." Caroline said as Jess flopped down on the couch in the waiting lounge.

    "I don’t feel so hot either." Jess said.

    "I promised I would make sure she got here. Is Bette here?" Alice asked.

    "Yeah She is in a meeting she said for you to come in when you got here." Caroline said.

    "Great let’s get this over with." Jess said standing up.

    "Not you. Just Alice." Caroline said.

    "Okay." Jess said slowly sitting back down.

    "Just go on in Alice." Caroline said. Alice walked up to the door and knocked. She entered only after Bette said come in.

    Jess sat nervously on the couch. Her phone rang. She smiled when she saw that it was Cat.

    "Hey Baby." She said.

    "Hey sweetie. How are you feeling?" Cat asked.

    "Fine all things considered." Jess said.

    "How bad is the headache?" Cat asked.

    "Remember when I got knocked out by that batter that slammed into me trying to score a couple weeks ago." Jess said.

    "Yeah." Cat said.

    "Worse than that." Jess said laying her head back on the couch and rubbing her temples.

    "I’m sorry. You want me to pick you up after class." Cat said.

    "If I can get away but I have a feeling I am going to run until I puke tonight. I have missed three practices and I don’t think Mom is going to be very happy after I talk to her, or rather after Al talks to her." Jess said.

    "I want to see you tonight." Cat said.

    12. Whoa…whoa..whoa…is she considered Jess’ other mother? If so…we are gonna see a jealous Tina, especially now that her and Bette are working at the same school. Will Jess come around and finally talk to her? I mean Bette admitted she was the one that kept her from Jess. I kinda want to see Tina worked up about this…showing some emotion…she’s been kinda low key in this series…bring the drama (not too much…just sprinkle it around a little…lol
