Do you have a rule on being late? Lilly asked jokingly.
Not funny. Jess said.
Actually we do. However we are a little flexible if for some reason you are late the rule is you call and let us know what is going on and we determine whether it is a plausible reason or not. Beverly said.
What happens if you are late? Laurie asked because she just as bad at being late as Jess was.
Laps Beverly said.
That we can handle. Right Jess. Laurie said. Jess looked at Lilly.
Yeah I guess. Jess said.
Well if there arent anymore questions. We will leave the letters with you so you can read them over. The recruiter said.
I actually have a question. What if one of them gets injured during this season? Lauries dad asked.
Well they would still be able to attend UCLA and unless the injury was career ending they would still be on the team. Beverly said. The recruiter placed two folders on the table. Bette picked up Jesss and Lauries dad scooped up hers.
Girls I look forward to seeing you this afternoon. Beverly said standing up.
We cant wait. Laurie said shaking Beverlys hand.
Yeah what she said. Jess said shaking her hand also. Beverly and the recruiter shook everyones hand and then left.
Well seeing how this is such a big day the girls have been excused from classes this afternoon. The headmaster said.
Okay Lilly we will see you at the Signing. Tina said.
Yes absolutely. She said.
Come on girls lets go. Bette said.
See you in a little while Laurie. Jess said leaving with them.
Bette, Tina, Shannon and Jess walked out to the car and climbed in. Bette and Tina held hands the whole way.
Where are we going? Jess asked.
To see Joyce. Tina said.
Why? Jess asked.
We just want to get her to read over this and make sure everything is good. Bette said.
Oh okay. Jess said.
You need to read it to before you sign Tina said.
Why? Jess asked again.
Because you always always read a contract of any kind before signing it no matter what it is. Tina said.

I think 5 kids is enough….or maybe not LOL!
So Jess is going to UCLA with Laurie. I’m guessing that pretty soon if you continue that you will change the story’s title as Jess’ life won’t really be with her parents anymore. And, I’m most likely way off here, but I have this feeeeeeeling (lol sorry) that Jess will dump Justin and something will cook between Laurie and Jess, even if it’s not permanent. :O

As I was reading, I thought another adoption and then I remembered Angelica. I just hope that Jess does not break too many rules. Bette and Tina had a way of controlling Jess, but off at college sometimes kids make major mistakes. Just hope that Jess does not repeat Bette’s mistake although if it was not for that mistake Jess would not be here. Maybe once school starts that Bette and Tina will get more time to themselves to explore each other. Great chapter to an already great story.
