Kit just came out of a book store and saw a teenage boy from across the street giving flyers to all the passersby.
She got curious so she went to him and asked about what the flyer was all about. The teenage boy just smiled at her and pointed the big building on the corner. Kit smiled back and suddenly she remembered her son, Peter and thought that the teenage boy and her son would have been of the same age. The memory of her son brought immense pain to her and she silently prayed to god to see him once again.
“I’m sorry but Danny can’t speak but the flyer is about our community school and we are looking for more volunteers to help the less fortunate kids and Danny is actually one of our students”
Kit gave the smiling woman who was standing in front of her a good look, she was beautiful and she could see the kindness in her eyes “That’s amazing, I would love to know more about your school”
“Great I would love to show you around, by the way I’m Tina Kennard” the blonde laid her hand out to Kit.
Kit smiled and took the blonde’s hand then shook it, she didn’t know why but her instincts told her that this woman would be a really good friend to her.
“Sure that would be lovely”
Chapter Twenty One
“Are you sure you don’t want that house?” Bette asked Kit while her eyes were on the road, it was Saturday and Bette and Kit spent the whole day house hunting and they just went to the fourth one. It’s been two weeks since her arrival in Shawnee and Kit had fallen in love with the place that she didn’t want to go back to Michigan anymore, well she didn’t have anything or anyone to go back to and besides she loved being there with her sister.
“Bette those houses are gorgeous but I don’t feel like living there, they’re so expensive! And besides a small apartment is just fine with me” said Kit
“Kit that’s nonsense I want you to live the life that you deserve and I’ve already told you that money is not a problem, we’re sisters and you deserved whatever daddy gave you”

why is tina selling… and why why why is bette still dreaming of tina and that “NIGHT” they were together… still hoping sarah has someone else on the side and thats why she has a headache… love Kit and if tina has to sell… glad Kit wants to buy it… love this story… pps
phacey – I’m signed in as BAT2012 but it’s me BatnAA_2009. First of all thanks for posting. It was indeed unexpected. I read your reply to my comment from the previous chapter and it made me think (which is dangerous in itself) but it made me realize why I am so heartbroken over Sarah and Sam being in relationships with Bette and Tina. The thing is that I am not considering that they are ‘happy’ in these relationships (today) with their respective partners because I ‘think’ I know what is looming ahead. I’m not enjoying the story in the moment thinking of all the ways Bette and Tina will break Sam and Sarah’s hearts to be together but that is just my gloom and doom projecting on the situation because you’ve given us a hint of the outcome. I don’t know what your plan is to bring TiBette together and it could very well be Sarah and/or Sam that choose to end their respective relationships first. It doesn’t have to be about cheating or not having their whole hearts it could just be that the relationships run their course and they breakup and move on. Even if it opens the door for TiBette having had these other women in their lives might be a good thing for all concerned. So I think I will try not to think about TiBette and just try to see the good in the Sam/Tina and the Sarah/Bette relationships because they do appear to care for these women on some level even if it’s not all encompassing love. I do hope however that it doesn’t take the route where Bette becomes a voyeur and starts hanging out at Kit’s to be close to Tina. I really hate reading about a ‘pathetic’ Bette salivating after Tina when she’s not available or doesn’t want her. As for Sam and Tina I suppose there is nothing wrong with friends with benefits as long as they each know what to expect from the relationship. It will be interesting to see how Kit plays into all of this. I’d be curious to read the dynamics between the friends whenever you care to include them. It sounds like Tina’s upcoming event might present another awkward situation where Bette and Tina will be in the same room, or else they will run into each other at Kit’s house. Looking forward to more whenever you feel inspired.

Great update. Happy that Kit has found the place for her new home and that she will be happy there. Now what does bother me is that she will be living next door to Tina and Bette will be a frequent visitor. And, if Bette is dreaming and thinking that she had the best sex of her life with Tina, then what the hell is she doing with Sarah and that also means that Sarah is not doing what she needs to do to fulfill Bette’s needs and also that Bette was wrong in her assumption that her heart belonged to Sarah. Does Sarah really have a headache or another person she’s trying out. After all, if Bette is still thinking and dreaming of Tina, then Sarah is not giving the relationship her full attention. Can hardly wait to see what happen next. I wonder if Bette will go by Sarah’s house anyway. And what will she find? Thanks for posting.

OK the Bat is back and I can’t help feeling a little mischievous after reading some of the other comments. Some are presuming that Sarah isn’t satisfying Bette sexually and that likely she is having an affair behind Bette’s back so there are your grounds to break them up but you still need to find a way to breakup Tina and Sam. So if Sarah is having an affair you can make it juicier by making Sam the other woman. This way you can kill two birds with one stone. If poor Sarah isn’t having an affair and really just has a headache, but lacks skills then perhaps Sam can give Sarah pointers on how to satisfy Bette ‘Tina Style’. I’m sure Tina is teaching Sam a thing or two that she tried with Bette so maybe Sarah not being as worldly could use some help in satisfying her woman. This works out for Sam because then she can hold onto to Tina longer because if Bette is getting what she needs at home then perhaps she would focus on the woman she has in her bed instead of the one she has in her head. OK now I will go back to my previous promise to try to read this story in the moment and stop projecting on the TiBette outcome. Ha ha ha.

But i also gotta say that ur making my head spin here, now Kit will be living next door to one Ms. Tina Kennard which is sumthng that Bette is dreading about bec the feelings that she has for Tina might come to the surface again.. I wonder… how fast will Bette run out of excuses for not visiting her sister in her new home? And if Tina’s still the best sex Bette has ever had… something is obviously lacking with Sarah, even with Bette’s limited experience. Thanks for the post. :)
