    Author Notes:

    B/T beginning: Alice finds herself in a situation and Bette and Tina find themselves together.

     

     

    Of course, it only took Alice 4 minutes and 36 seconds to find herself in a little predicament and only another 5 minutes before Meghan was awoken from a deep sleep by an incessant banging.

     

    “Alice, what are you doing?” a groggy Meghan called as she walked downstairs to dentist office. The banging coming from below her bedroom in combination with a note left on the kitchen table by her aunt explaining that Alice would be there was all Meghan needed in order to know that she definitely needed to check out what all the noise was.

     

    “Um… nothing, give me one second I’ll meet you up stairs” called Alice from the other room.

     

    “Is everything ok?” Meghan asked as the noise continued.

     

    “Oh yes, I’m fine… whoa… ouch…”

     

    “Hmmm, you don’t sound ok” Meghan said as she rubbed the sleep from her eyes. She stooped to pick up one of Alice’s red running shoes before leaning up against the door frame listening to hear if she could make out what Alice was up to without actually having to venture inside.

     

    “No, don’t worry sweety, Auntie Alice has everything under control… whoa… yikes…. oww.”

     

    “I think I should come in and check” Meghan said putting her head against the door frame.

     

    “Oh no, it’s fine. Oh… flip… owww”

     

    “Ok Alice, I’m coming in and I hope that whatever I see when I enter the room won’t scar me for life” said Meghan covering her eyes before she entered the room.

     

    “No need… ouch… to worry… oh boy…” strained Alice.

     

    Megan gingerly walked into the office and slowly slid her hand from her face slightly worried about what she might encounter. “Ha! Alice! What are you doing?!!” Meghan burst out into laughter. The sight before her caused her to literally double over in laughter as she clutched her stomach.  

     

    For before her was Alice standing on one foot upon the dentist chair. The chair had been raised to the highest setting which was a good three feet from the ground. To top off the predicament, Alice had one leg stretched out to the side with her foot in the swinging portable sink.

Well, alright, so let’s imagine just for a second that you indeed won the challenge… How do you plan on collecting the prize ?… ‘Coz, You know, I’m still not living exactly next door to you and if memory serves I believe you were supposed to come over here ( wink !)… Anyway, this was an hilarious chapter, and a really cute one as well.     17. I almost didn’t recognise your story glad to see it back though. I totally agree with Sammer I think Bette likes the way Tina reacts to her she kissed her on the cheek and now they are going on a date. PPS
