“Trust me, it’ll be hell of a ride.” The brunette adjusted the helmet for her before straddling the bike.
“Ok…” The kiss was passionate enough to convince her. It was nothing like the innocent, shy ones they shared when they were kids, but she somehow felt like the girl with her greatest crush all over again. She gingerly brought herself on the motor, and tightly balanced herself behind Bette.
The sceneries backed as the vehicle roared across the city. Wind howled beside their faces, warm, dry wind that was soothing and assuring. Pedestrians looked on, admiring the shiny bike that carried two beautiful women passing them. Maybe some of them would remember that ten years ago, there had been the same bike with two beautiful high school girls on it, parading proudly for their good times, for their youth, for their burning love.
Tina didn’t know where they were heading to, but she felt there was something more to it than taking a ride. And the view gradually became familiar. They were heading to the old Marymount property.
The school moved out a year earlier because of a earthquake, and now after a year of reconstruction, it was yet to be occupied by any specific group. Bette saw the opportunity and rented it from the government for her temporary use. She parked by the tree that used to guard the school gate, and gently extended her hand.“Come on.”
“What… are we doing here?”
“I want to have a quiet place so we can talk.”
Still suspicious, Tina complied and brought her hand to Bette’s. “Our bedroom’s quiet.”
“Well, it’s a special place, T. I’d say our bedroom is special too but… This holds some much more special memories.” She expertly oriented them through the building, walking through the old hallways, past the classrooms, and down the corner, to a quietly existing room. Her retreat room, her violin room, her room that nobody else but the blonde had shared. She turned the metal knob, and the old wood squeaked open. The evidence of her violent slings on the poor piece of furniture was still there on the frame.
At first, Tina couldn’t see anything but a dark room with curtains closed, and she heard the ancient air conditioner humming its lullaby. She took a step closer, and looked pass Bette’s figure. Her heart suddenly squeezed and stopped for a good second. A breath hitched in her throat and she didn’t even realize that she was not inhaling.

Hey guys! Sorry that it took longer than my usual, already slow ass to update a new chapter.
And it’s so nice to see so many people that support me and like my writing.
I think it’s pretty obvious that this story is heading nicely to a happy ending.
Spoiler alert: so now we have the wedding, what’s next…hmmm… I’m thinking, children?
The past week I was packing my stuff for the travel. Leaving on the 18th this month to the exciting USA. I’m nervous, like shaking nervous as the days count down. But I’m also so very excited that I’ll spend the following four years at University of Wisconsin Madison. It’s an absolute bless for me to study there.
Maybe I’ll finally meet someone, who knows. :)
Oh and I’m landing in Chicago first so definitely try the Chicago pizza!
Question: has anybody seen the show Chicago Fire?
I read some fanfic regarding the couple Leslie Shay and Allison Rafferty. But there’re way less fanfic for this paring. I think they’re cute tho.

As usual I love how in love Bette is with Tina here.. 10 years of almost being away and yet she is extremely still in love with Tee. It gave me hope that true love never fades.
