    Bette’s House…Next morning…Bette and Tina arrive home after their trip to New York…And a few more things happen…

    Bette digs deep into her pocket and retrieves her lighter. She lights her Marlboro light and takes a drag of it. She inhales the smoke into her lungs and she holds it there. She exhales the remaining smoke moments later. She thought of Tina and the days that lead up to the moment. She had a desire to taste her. The feeling was so strong that at times she imagined her already in her mouth. She snaps out it and takes another drag. She thought that it would take her mind off it but it didn’t. She still yearned for the blond aching to make love to her and hold her. It was a control thing and Bette couldn’t handle it. Tina pulling away made her more and more frustrated. She thought that by them being here alone would be enough. But she was wrong. Her cigarette was burning low and she had about two drags left. She inhaled both puffs at the same time before releasing the smoke through her nostrils.

    Bette tosses the remaining contents to the ground. She steps on it making sure to put it out. She enters back to her bedroom and heads into the bathroom. She brushes her teeth getting rid if the nasty taste in her mouth. She freshens up and changes into her tweety pajamas with the matching bottoms. She goes into the bedroom and rids her hands of dirty laundry. She walks over to her side of the bed and sits down. Tina enters the room with a white tank top and black spandex shorts. Bette sees her out the corner of her eye but she doesn’t look at her. Tina drops her clothes inside of her hamper and walks over to Bette. Bette says “don’t come over here”. Tina replies “why not?”. She takes Bette’s face into her hands and she leans down and kisses her. She looks in Bette’s eyes and she kisses her again. She smiles and says ” do you still want me to leave?”. Bette replies “yes…”. Tina leans in and kisses Bette again. This time she takes off her shirt revealing her bra and tummy. Bette had never seen her tummy or seen her naked. This was the first time for everything to unfold for Ms. Porter. The same also for Ms. Kennard.
