“Wow,” Alice says to Shane. “That’s all I can say, Wow!”

“Wow what Alice?”

“I’m just impressed, that’s all.”

“Why does that impress you? Because I’m trying to be faithful to someone?”

“Yeah, basically. You’ve got it bad for Molly, don’t you?” Alice says, breaking into a smile.

“Oh fvck you Alice,” Shane says, half kidding, half seriously. She slams down the shot glass she had been fiddling with and says, “I’m outta here.” She pulls some money out of her pocket, leaves it on the bar and heads out.

Shane walks to her front door and fumbles with her keys, trying to find the right one. Suddenly the door opens and Molly is standing there. Shane looks up, “Molly?! When, um…when did you get home?”

“Around 10:30. Where have you been?” she asks, irritated, as she can tell that Shane is clearly drunk.

“I was at SheBar with Alice and Tasha. You knew that.”

Molly turns around and walks to the couch. She sits down and collects herself. “Did you have fun?” she asks, afraid of the answer.

Shane finally moves from the stoop into the house. She closes the door behind her and slowly makes her way to the couch. Sitting down next to Molly, she reaches up and turns Molly’s face towards hers. “No. You weren’t there.”

Molly’s expression softens. “I’m so sorry about earlier.”

“Me too. I should have told you.”

“No, no. It’s okay. I over-reacted. It’s just, you and Jenny are so close. She knows so much more about you than I do.” Molly drops her eyes from Shane’s gaze.

“Yeah, Jenny knows a lot of things about me, but you…” Shane leans down to Molly’s face, trying to catch her gaze. “You know my heart.” She takes Molly’s hand and puts it to her chest. “And you know my soul. And you know my body.” She leans in and kisses her gently on the lips. “I love you and only you.” She kisses her again. Tears begin to stream from Molly’s eyes. “Shhhhhh, don’t cry.” She wipes her tears from her cheeks and kisses her deeper.

Molly breaks away to say, “I love you, too.” She then leans back in towards Shane and kisses her hungrily. She pushes Shane back onto the couch and climbs on top of her. “Let me show you how much.” She trails kisses down her neck, her chest and her stomach. When she reaches her pants, she looks up at Shane, smiles and then proceeds to remove her pants. Molly then makes loves to Shane.
