    Bette: Nothing just wondering if there were any special some bodies you wanted to tell me about

    Katie: blushing oh well no not really

    Bette: not really meaning yes?

    Katie: well I dont know I have been taking to this kid that is on the baseball team, his name is Josh.  He is the short stop. Hes really nice. But I dont know we are just friends

    Bette: how old is he?

    Kate: my age, dont go making a big deal we are nothing

    Bette: Im not making a big deal Im just asking!

    Tara: coming in and sitting on the chair asking about what?

    Bette: Katie was just telling me about Josh

    Tara: OH you told her! Thats great!

    Bette: wait told me what? She said they where just friends

    Tara: trying to cover up her slip Oh right they are just friends, thats what I meant when I said that, yup just friends

    Bette: you liars! Tell me!

    Katie: mom its nothing really!

    Bette: Oh come on Kate you can tell me, please!!

    Katie: to Tara you see what you did! Well dont make a big deal about it ok!? Bette nodded he um he kissed me

    Bette: HE WHAT!

    Katie: wooa mom clam down, its not a big deal!

    Bette: Im sorry I just dont know if I like I idea of my little girl kissing boys

    Katie: mom Im not a little girl Im in high school! Why did you ask if you didnt want to know?

    Bette: Katie you will always be my little girl, and I dont know I guess I was thinking all you would be doing in holding hands or something.

    Tara: laughing Bette what did you do in high school!

    Bette: she thinks for a sec and then turns to Katie that better be all youre doing is kissing!!

    Tara: well now I really do want to know what you were doing in high school!

    Katie: yea geez mom, what did you do?

    Bette: nothing I was an angel, just hand holding and kisses on the cheek!

    Katie: yea right!

    Tara: come on Bette, spill it!

    Bette: I told you!

    Katie: yelling to Tina HEY MOM!! MOMMA IS EATING ON THE COUCH!! YOU BETTER GET IN HERE!

    9. 100% loved this story, it was so entertaining and sweet at the same time..I wouldve love to know if Bette’s cancer went away…please come back and update this story…so beautiful
