    “Alice and I heard rumors about Jodie and another student always meeting late at the studio and on our urging Bette one night headed for the studio Jodie used to work on her “ART”  and she caught Jodie fucking another student, Bette was devastated she retreated would not talk to anyone, a couple of weeks passed and they were back together again as if nothing ever happened, again they were fine for a couple of months then Jodie started staying out late again, then one night me and Alice caught her kissing a professor at some restaurant I mean they were holding hands, having intimate conversation,  if we didn’t know any better they looked like a happy couple.

     

    “Of course we phoned Bette and asked her to dinner we didn’t tell her about Jodie we knew she wouldn’t believe us if we told her the truth, you know Alice she convinced Bette to come down, Bette saw Jodie and the professor, one of Bette’s Art professors, all hell broke loose, Bette confronted Jodie right there at the restaurant I guess things with Jodie and the professor were a little more serious than we thought it turned out that they had been seeing each other for a while Jodie broke up with Bette right then and there calling her boring and immature refusing to talk any further with Bette, Jodie and the professor walked out of the restaurant hand in hand. Bette was devastated we drove her back to her apartment she grabbed some things threw them in an overnight bag and called a cab, she gave me the apartment keys and told me to please make sure Jodie moved all of her shit out ASAP and she left”

     

    “She left? Where did she go?” Tina had tears in her eyes for Bette, it pained her to even imagine the hurt Bette had gone through.

     

    “She didn’t tell us.  Things happened so fast we didn’t even ask, I found out later from Kit that she went back home, Melvin was not happy Bette had let a woman interrupt her studies for him it was just another weakness he saw in Bette”

     

    “Other weakness, what do you mean?” Tina asked

     

    “Well Melvin never accepted the fact Bette was gay, he always told her that was a weakness that would always get in the way of her ever being really successful.”

    4. ILMuzic, how I have missed you. Thank you so much for this post. Shane needs to tell Bette about her conversation with Tina. I don’t want Tina to give Jodi the opportunity to get Bette back. Jodi will destroy Bette. Tina needs to confront Bette about her talk with Jodi. Alpha Tina needs to take control of this situation. AWESOME update. Please don’t take tooo long tooooo post again.

    5. WOW!!!! I think Tina should have went to Bette and told her she knew Jodie was in town and that Bette had talk to her. But, I am glad she called Shane and talked to her. Now Tina go get your woman to talk. Thanks PPS
