    Shane: Hey… I said.

    Alice: oh hey…
    I thought you had work…

     

     

    Alice: ok…
    well you know I had feelings for you… but that was ages ago when I first met
    you. But then when we started hanging out a lot with each other since this past
    a couple of month and especially that night at the club and also at Bette and
    Tina’s place… all those feelings I had for you ages ago came back and it
    freaked me out cause you’re like my best friend… but I want you more than friends
    and I’m scared if we ever go beyond that you’re just gonna run away because
    you’re like a commitment phobic and I don’t want to be just one of your one
    night stands.

     

     

    Alice: <oh my
    god, did she just say that to me?> uh… yeah.. Don’t think I have anything
    on.

     

    Shane: good… be there okay…

     

     

    Guess what? Today is the day. Today is the day that I’m
    going to sing to her. To Alice. I
    don’t know how the fuck she’s gonna react, the worst thing that could happen
    is… she would reject me and leave me as a commitment phobic for the rest of
    my life. I’ve already contacted Kit and told her about my friend “Kelly”
    performing tonight. What I am going to do is when she calls out Kelly’s name on
    to the stage, I’m gonna go up there in the middle of the stage and Kelly and
    her fantastic voice friend Joey is going to be backups. No rocket science. The
    show starts at 9.30 pm. It’s now 3.05 pm.
    And I am scared shitless for tonight.

     

     

     Kit told me to tell
    my friend “Kelly” to be at the planet at 8.50pm
    the earliest. I’ve already called Kelly and told her to be at The Planet at 8.30pm. So that’s checked, what else… oh
    yeah and I’ve called Alice too, to
    make sure she’s gonna be there… or else… all of this would be pointless.
    I’m pretty sure all the rest are coming, since Kit paraded that my “friend” is
    going to perform on Tuesday night, yesterday at lunch.

     

     

    What I need to do now is pick out what I’m going to wear for
    tonight. I asked Kelly for some advice and she told me to look sharp and
    charming… so I’m not really sure how to dress sharp and charming at the same
    time but I think I get the idea of it all.

    2. That was great! I’m a hard core Danish lover but I’ve always thought that Alice and Shane had chemistry. Very sweet! I wish that IC would show more of this side of Shane. I hope you’re not almost finished with this story though! There’s at least a first date and sex to be had…can’t wait for the update! Grea job!

    3. OMG! You HAVE to continue this story! It freaking rocks my socks! Theres still the dates that shane and alice have to have and a bunch of other things! Please continue or at least write another shalice fic. Ill be waiting! :)
