“This isn’t how I was planning on spending my ***** wedding night.” Sam snorted; and for some reason Jayden sank down into her chair; but neither Sam nor Shane noticed, but Tina did. They’d never gotten an answer as to what had happened behind the closed door of Jayden and Lara‘s room earlier that evening.
“Ok! You four….” Tina said gruffly staring at the four guilty looking women. Alice stuffed a bagel into her mouth and chewed with purpose, and Dana looked away from Tina. Jayden almost slid out of her chair and Lara blushed as red as her hair as everyone focused their attention on them.
“Look, what happens here…” Alice began through the mouthful of food and Jenny tried desperately not to laugh, and Marina covered her mouth playfully. Keeping her silent as Tina regarded them with a mother’s glare.
“Oh *****…” Shane said looking at Sam as they both realized just what they were guilty about. Sam pushed her food away from her and let her head smack onto the table in a comical act. Bette grabbed her short hair and yanked her head back, getting a silly look from the young doctor, her pink tongue wagging to the right of her mouth and Bette had to laugh at her.
“I don’t wanna know… I just… Don’t … Wanna… Know…” Whined Sam and Shane put her arm around her seeing her ring reflect in the light as her arm wrapped around her. Realizing that she was bound to this wonderful woman for better or for worse. She just hoped the worst was behind them and the best is what lay in front of them.
“You guys…?” Jenny asked wiggling her finger and pointing to them all, seeing the look that Marina was giving her, and Kit said.
“Well ***** bells, can’t anyone keep it in their pants?” Marty looked down and pretended to zip up his pants and everyone burst into laughter. He had a goofy grin on his face and Kit kissed him roughly as he did so, breaking the tension. There was a long moment of contemplating silence.
“There was a baby born here tonight.” Tina said softly and Sam chuckled, wondering how Tina felt about that since she’d lost her shot at being a mother a few months before. A fresh wound that still hadn’t healed Sam thought idly.

Tibetters, we all know we are on a roller coaster ride…just having made it to the summit, now cruisin’ with the wind raking smooth patterns through our hair….clearing our minds of wandering doubts. We feel euphoric and silently hope against hope that the next blind turn is smooth… whish…..whish…oh a few bumps, we expect…and we can recover….Yet, in the back of our minds..we know it’s comin’…it’s coming…whish……The breath taking plummet then the twists and turns that pull involuntary screams from the back of our throats. Ah, but truthfully many of us love it…because we know we will arrive safely home, the brake will catch (love will save the day), the harness will be released and we will arrive in TiBette land happy and satisfied..sigh. Now, can that happen with J as the conductor? Well, let’s see…ladies put on your harnesses!!
I hope Alice gets it out of her system and quick. But..I wouldn’t really mind if it happened again lol. I really Kit & Marty together, they are cute together. Still don’t like Shane’s mom, I hope me having beaten the crap out of her, that she’ll still lies somewhere between two dumpster where I left her. But honestly, I did not expect this reaction from Sam, although she’s got a point. Let’s just leave it to Shane to deal with it!
