“Help me with this…” Tina throws him the amulet…

“Oh, that’s fascinating. I thought it was lost in the silent woods…” Jinks said examine the object.

“This is the Amulet of Samira…your grand-grandmother…Samira becomes an apprentice Magician after her parents forfeit her to a magician for some money. Her master is a mediocre magician and the assistant minister of Internal Affairs. Following her experience, Samira vows to become her own master and learns from the books of her master…one of them is the book you have…One night she witnesses him paying a bearded mercenary after receiving a suspicious package. The imp in the glass quotes the mercenary as saying that the package is this amulet…” Jinks lift the amulet swinging him by the chain…”The amulet had been stole by man named Simon. Whilst fulfilling his charge he runs into Samira and ordered to hide the amulet in the study for safekeeping. Few months later the old master died and now Samira had to go on her own.  She discovers all can about his acquaintances and the Amulet. On her journey she had met Kael Kennard, who helped her in researches…Simon is back and he wants the amulet, but Samira isn’t willing to let go, so there’s a fight. Samira used the amulet and sends Simon in another reality, preventing for the second time the larceny.  Samira is satisfied with a true magician’s lifestyle under a new master, Kael Kennard. Finally Samira is approved as a magician but Kael attempts to warn her against the typical road of a magician involving power-seeking behavior, materialism, and a general shallow existence. After her death in the battle for middle earth Kael throws the amulet in the silence woods…And he builds his home nears so he could protect him…” That’s all I know…” Jinks said giving back the amulet…

“Wow…Are you sure that this is the real one?” Tina asked

“Pretty much…there’s only one way to find out….”

“And how exactly you suggests…”

“Use it!”

“Hell, like I will…” Tina said shaking head…

“T…maybe you should try, you know…” Bette said quietly.

“You heard about the thing…I’m not prepared for something like that. It’s too strong for me. What if I can’t control it?”

“Then…then we’ll look for new house…” Bette said shrugging her shoulders.

“Ok what I have to do…” Tina said defeated. She looked at Jinks for further instructions.

“Summon someone…” Jinks suggested

“Like who…Santa Claus?” Tina said sarcastically. Jinks faked laughter…”you’re so funny…Choose someone who’s not crawling in peoples’ chimneys and is more useful…”

“Fine…how are the words?” Tina asked and Jinks said something in Latin. She repeated and in front of them appeared a man wearing black cloths. They all gasped and stepped back…

“I didn’t expect this…” Tina mumbled taking Bette’s hand…
