My hands were sweating, my legs were shaking… my stomach was doing somersaults. I even felt faint standing there at the makeshift alter at Danas mini mansion. All the plans had been finalized for the wedding except on where the main event was going to be held. We needed a place big enough to hold all our friends and family… mainly my friends and people I considered family. I didnt want to believe that Tinas family could be so heartless, so selfish when they placed a so called condition on coming out to California to visit her.

I had come home to a solemn Tina after their conversation. And that was unusual. My Tee was always up and happy. I had always come home to a cheery Tina. I instantly knew something was wrong. And as she cried in my arms reciting the entire conversation, I wanted to kill them. If I had the super power, I wanted to fly over to Nebraska and scream at them. Maybe do a little bodily harm.
