Tina’s jealousy was at it’s peak. Inside she was boiling with rage. But why? She didn’t know. So she tried to act calm and to cover her emotions.

‘She…she kicked your ass?’

‘Maybe I had more women than her…but she had the more exquisite ones. Actresses, Models, Artists….like I said she knows everyone and if they are beautiful she fucks them.’

That was enough. Tina thought for hours about the possibility to go to Ms Porters tonight and get a few things to make her life easier. But then she decided against it because she thought Bette was nice and innocent. They talked only for a few moments but Tina liked her immediately. But now after Shane gave her some information about the legend of Bette Porter she lost all her kindness and consideration towards her. Tonight will be the night. Tonight Bette Porter will loose some expensive pieces and Tina couldn’t care less.

‘…yeah I talked to Julie…the banshee’

‘And she didn’t tell you the name?’

‘No but I could investigate’ Alice said excited

‘No you don’t! Maybe I will see her again someday and ask her myself’

‘Stop it Alice!’

‘Ok ok…so are you coming tonight?’

‘Why?’

‘Because I heard a rumor and maybe you will benefit’

‘Care to explain?’

‘Well I heard that Shane McCutcheon is there tonight. And there could be a certain blonde in her company. Oh come on Bette…please!’

‘I don’t know’

‘Bette! That’s it! I stop asking you…I am telling you! So get your ass over here. I am here waiting for you to pick me up at nine.’

‘But…’

‘Stop it Bette…seriously…even I loose my temper once in awhile. Believe me, you don’t want that!’

‘Ok ok…calm down! I come with you and pick you up at nine.’

‘That’s what I wanted to hear. And Bette….’

At Shane and Tina’s Apartment

‘Come in’

She opened the door and was met with a interesting sight. Eventhough they were friends and Shane would never make a move on a friend she had second thoughts at this moment. Tina exercising in shorts and a sportsbra, sweaty and flushed skin, toned muscles showing….it was definitly a sight to see. Shane didn’t move or say anything. She just stared. After a few minutes Tina looked up and was surprised to see Shane looking at her with what seemed like lust in her eyes. That was totally weird. She needed to destroy the tension and sound nonchalant at the same time

‘Hey what’s up?’

‘Shane?’

‘SHANE!!!’

‘Huh…what?’

‘You came to my room…what’s up?’

‘Oh ah…I was wondering if you would like to join me tonight. I want to check out this party at the planet…Dana and Jenny are coming too’

‘Nice of you to ask but I have plans’

‘Really?’ Shane was suspicious ‘Who is it?’

‘Well…just a friend’

‘Just a friend…what’s her name?’

‘Anna’

‘Anna….I don’t remember that you ever told me about a friend named Anna’

‘Because she is an old friend…very old…we haven’t seen each other for years’

‘Is she coming here tonight? Maybe I can meet her’

‘I don’t think so…we meet somewhere else’

‘Maybe I can bring you on my way to the planet and say hello’

‘Uh….maybe some other time…I haven’t seen her for so long…let me talk to her before you break her heart and she hates me for introducing you.’

‘I would never do such a thing…she is your friend’

‘Yeah…like that stoped you before!’

‘Now that is unfair…you know that I wasn’t aware of the fact that Janet was your friend when I met her’

‘Jennifer…her name is Jennifer. Ok, good point…anyway…I join you next time, ok?’

‘Sure’

Shane left Tina’s room and Tina continued her exercises. She needed to be 100% fit for her special date tonight. She was glad that Shane believed her about Anna. There was no Anna and Tina hated it to lie to Shane but this was the only way. Sometimes you have to lie to protect the people you love. And Shane was like a sister to her.
