What a way to say I’m sorry. Chapter 3

”Where are you going?” She demands an answer from me. ”Tina, where are you going?”

I go down the hall towards our bedroom, she rushes behind me.

She stands at the door frame, placing her hands on either side of it like she is barricading.

She watches me as I get a clean towel and my sleepwear out of the closet. I come over to the nightstand to get things I will need as I feel her intense stare follow my every move. Then I walk up to her, hoping to step out of the bedroom, but she just stands rooted to the spot.

”Bette, I am exhausted. I just want to shower and get some sleep. Please” I tell her, my eyes pleading.

She look down at my hands. ”What do you need the alarm clock for?”

”I’ll sleep in the guest room”

    ”Tina, it’s not fair. I…”

”It’s not fair?” I raise my voice. ”Are you fucking kidding me?”

    ”Stop yelling at me”

”Don’t tell me what to do! You have no right to tell me what is fair and what is not! You going flirting NOT verbally with this fucking woman is not fair!” I was going to end this day peacefully, falling asleep in the guest room bed, without any more confrontations, but she’s just fucking asked for it.

”Tina, I said that I am sorry”

Oh my God, she is making it worse everytime she opens her mouth.

”And what do you think I’m supposed to do with your fucking sorry? Hop on my foot out of joy and then jump in your arms and tell you to fuck me? Because these two words are your most favourite, right?” I shout at her.

She just stares at me. I want to hit her. She is so infuriating, and I am not a violent person, but all I want is to slap her with full force right this moment.

”Move you body, Bette. I want to shower.” I tell her barely holding back my temper.

She makes space for me stepping back as I run in the bathroom, trying to breath out my anger once I locked the door.

    1. Good story so far but I can’t stand Tina and Bette fighting. They can be so hateful to one another. Please make it better between them – they can also be so kind and loving toward one another.

    2. This was such a good chapter you can feel Tinas pain and of coarse shes upset and no Bette Tina doesn’t want things she wants you to be there for her pps.

    3. Oh man, i hate them fighting.

Bette, don’t be stupid and go to Tina instead of wanting to run. You love her. And stop saying you are sorry, show Tina you love her.

Please don’t let them do stupid and horrible things to each other.

    4. I love the way you write. You can sense their feelings and live those emotions with them.
Please don’t make this the usual kiss-hug-sorry-everything is all right happy ending story. Life isn’t that easy. Little drama is always good and it makes the story more interesting to read.

    5. It is very sad to see these girls fight, there has to be a understanding, a good conversation without charging, knowing where they are failing would be the solution. This story is wonderful.
