They reach Shane’s room, which is a pretty small room with a single bed and bath and an armchair. 

 Shane decided to let Carmen have the bed, she knew she was tired and exhausted. 

 Shane:"Here you can wear one of my shirts and shorts"

 Carmen went to the bathroom to freshen up and came out to find Shane trying to feel comfortable in the uncomfortable armchair. 

 Carmen:"Shane….no way you are gonna sleep there"

 Shane:"What? no….you are soo exhausted….you should take the bed…I have been lying in that lousy bed for the last few days." 

 ’I really like how she cares sooo much for me…even though she knows me for only a couple of hours….she is cool but not cold like Jordan…I wish I married this Shane instead. But I put an admonishing tone’

 "Shane there is no way I am letting you sleep in that bugged armchair…and come to bed with me"

 ’Oh my god! she’s soo sweet….when she blushed….’

 Shane:"uhmm….i am not sure"

 "But I am sure…" and I pull her to the bed. And turn off the bed lights. 

 ’I turn around and feel the emptiness and then I see Shane has moved to the furthest end of the bed and almost hanging….Am I really that scary’ Carmen thinks to herself. 

 ’Shit she’s reaching out for me….this is weird as shit….I am in bed with my evil twin sister’s super hot wife and I don’t even know how to behave’ 

 "Shane if you don’t scoot in..you are gonna fall off the bed" 

 "No i am fine…I am really comfortable he–" THUMP….

 "Here we go…Shane did you just fall down?" Carmen turns on the light. 

 Shane:"I am fine" 

 Carmen:"Are you okay"
Shane:"Yeah"

 Carmen:"Now properly lie down in the bed….I am not gonna eat you up" 

 Shane gets fidgety and nervous. "oh I am not thinking that…" 

 Carmen:"Then lie down properly and sleep" 

 With that Carmen takes Shane’s hand so that she cannot move away to the edge of the bed again. But neither can sleep…after all the turn of events. 

 Shane:"Does this mean that you are my wife?" Shane asks out of the blue. 

 Carmen:"Well technically you are…since Jordan forged your signature and used your name and identity while registering for marriage…. but I don’t want to trap you into this family problems…so don’t worry about it"

 Shane:"don’t say that! I am gonna stay here and make sure everything is fine…..I am already indebted to you for paying Jordan’s debts and saving my life…..I cannot thank you enough and I cannot leave you in the midst of all this trouble that my twin sister created…this is the least I can do"

 They stared in the darkness for a while. 

 Carmen:"Thank you Shane for staying with me and saving my life" 

 Shane:"NO thank you…and I think you need some rest now after all that happened to you today." 

 Carmen:"Good night Shane"

 Shane:"Good night Carm"  ’shit….did I just call her Carm?" 

 ’Wow….did she just call me Carm….? it sounds sweet coming from her’

 with that they both drift off to sleep.
