“Babe?” Tina shouted
“In the lounge baby” Bette replied as she finished dusting the sideboard
“Have you seen my purse?” Tina asked
“It was on the counter in the kitchen this morning” Bette replied
“Yes I know I gave Mason money for basketball camp and now I have no idea where I left it” Tina said confused
“Have you tried his room?” Jess asked coming in to the lounge with a mug of tea “That’s where you gave him money”
“No I haven’t good thinking” Tina said leaving the lounge
“You okay?” Bette asked as Jess sat on the sofa lifting the remote
“Not feeling too great today, no energy” Jess admitted “Carmen must be exhausted all I done all night was toss and turn”
“Can I do anything to help?” Bette asked
“No I’m just going to relax, I’ve told Brian I won’t be in till tonight” Jess explained
Lisa came into the room with Liam; Jess held her hands out for him, Lisa didn’t argue she just passed him to Jess.
“How’s my favourite boy” Jess said kissing Liam’s head
Lisa cuddled into Jess.
“Are you okay with him?” Lisa asked
“Yes why?”
“Jace is at the gym and I need to go to the studio for an hour for a photo shoot” Lisa explained
“Yes I’m fine leave him with me” Jess smiled
“Are you sure? I just heard you saying you weren’t feeling good”
“Lis I’m okay I’m going to chill and watch the TV and my nephew likes the sound of that…don’t you Liam?”
Liam smiled at Jess causing Lisa and Bette to smile.
“Okay I’m convinced” Lisa smiled lifting her keys; she kissed Liam softly on the head “Mummy loves you see you soon”
“Shall we watch Winnie the Pooh Liam…Yeah let’s watch Winnie the Pooh” Jess smiled putting the cartoon on the TV and snuggling into the sofa with Liam in her arms.
Tina walked into the lounge and smiled seeing them
“Did you get it?” Bette asked
“Yes it was on Mason’s bed” Tina smiled
“Wait I thought mason was grounded?”
“No we took all his possessions I hardly think grounding him is fair considering the circumstances” Tina stated and besides we paid 400 dollars for him to go to this camp”
“So is it just in the school?”
“Yes its professional coaches coming to work with them for 5 days from 8am till 7pm” Tina explained
“School is closed this week Jess for a break” Bette explained
“Again… they’re never at school. I don’t remember having all these holidays” Jess stated
“Hello!” Alice shouted opening the front door
“Oh god no, I can’t be doing with her loudness” jess muttered
“Be nice that’s you aunt!” Tina scolded leaving the lounge to meet Alice
“Hey just came round to check on my niece how’s she feeling?”
“She’s in the lounge go on through” Tina smirked knowing Jess wouldn’t be amused
Alice walked into the lounge with Tina.
“How’s my niece?”
“I’m good thanks, I have a sore head and Liam’s tired so if you could lower your voice that be fantastic” Jess smiled
“Shit…fuck…sugar… I mean sorry!” Alice said after receiving a glare from Bette due to her choice of words
“Kelly asked me to speak to you about doing an interview so you’re still on the scene and not getting forgot about” Alice suggested
“Yeah that’s fine but I’m busy this evening and tomorrow so it will need to be Wednesday” Jess explained
“Well I have an interview with The Summer Set today and Against the Current tomorrow so that’s pretty good then” Alice smiled
“So you want my boys too?” Jess asked
“Yes if possible” Alice smiled
“Okay I’ll tell them”
“He’s asleep” Bette said referring to Liam who was now asleep in Jess’s arms
“Let me put him in his bed”
“No he’s fine leave him” Jess said “I don’t get a lot of time with him”
“Your arm will go numb”
“That’s fine” Jess smiled “It’s worth it”
“We need to go to the studio we have meetings are you okay here on your own?” Bette asked
“I am 27 Mama I think I can manage” Jess smiled
“You’re not 27 yet, you’ve a month left of being 26” Bette smirked
“Even then I think I will manage” Jess smiled “If I need you I can ring or text you”
“Okay” Tina smiled “Lisa won’t be long and Jace will be home soon”
“When does Carmen finish?”  Bette asked
“6” Jess stated “But she’s to be in the studio for 7, so she’s picking me up and I’ll go in with her”
“Okay well I don’t see us being more than 2 hours” Bette explained
“Will you all just go already” Jess laughed
“Someone wanting rid of us?” Alice asked
“Exactly” Jess smiled
