    Tina: “I have a daughter?”

    Tina looked over to Bette. Tina could see and feel how nervous this woman was. She could tell that she felt strongly for her and she began to feel guilty. She never once thought about what this woman was going through.

    "Well I would like you to come home with me. We.. I have a guest room that you could stay in. Hopefully being in our house will help your memory."

    Tina didn’t know what to do- this woman seemed very nice and it seemed like a good idea to hopefully help her memory.

    "Ms. Kennard I think that is a good idea" The doctor adds his 2 cents. "Are you comfortable with that?"

    "Um this is a lot to process. Can…um…Bette right?"

    "Yes"

    "Can Bette and I have a minute to talk?"

    "Sure you just let us know what you decide and we can start the discharge process."

    "Ok I will"

    Bette was transformed to her gallery 10 years ago- When she was first introduced to Tina Kennard. She felt the same nervous feelings and the clammy hands and the dry throat.
    She was able to pull it together as only Bette Porter could. The doctor stepped out of the room and Bette sat back in the chair next to Tina’s bed.

    "Tina- I know this has to be incredibly difficult for you. I know that it might be hard to believe but we are in love. We met 10 years ago. We were together for 8 years and apart for 2 and just recently go back together. We are very much in love right now. It is breaking my heart to not see the love reflecting in your eyes. I know that we can get it back though. So please trust me and come home with me and let me take care of you."

    Tina was in tears- she could feel this woman’s pain and she could see the love she had for her in her eyes and hear it in her words.

    "Ok" was all Tina could get out.

    Bette wondered how she would tell Tina about Angie- she figured she would get home and comfortable and they could talk about it tonight.

    "Ok- great I will go tell the doctor and we can work on getting you out of here."

    10. Great chapter. Hope Tina seeing Angelica will help jog Tina’s memory because Angie will not know she is to hold back on showing her love for her mother and she shouldn’t have to do so. Maybe if Tina would go back to the master bedroom and sleep there she might have some memories come back. Love it. Thanks for posting.
