Tina stood there speechless after Olivia left. She thought this couldn’t possibly be true but all she could here was Olivia’s words haunting her.

Oliver: Tina, Bette is responding to your innermost desire. Not your words but your soul and body. This is very common in the Plutaran world when two women are bonded. If your words say one thing and your body and soul  another your soul mate will respond to your body and soul. This can be very embarrassing because some soul mates have been found in sexual situations that in your world would be considered very inappropriate and illegal.

“Are you telling me that I don’t have the right to refuse Bette,” Tina said angrily.

Olivia said piercing Tina with the truth: No I telling you, you have to be sincere. I am telling you, your words have to match what your body and soul wants.

And with that Olivia beamed off of Bette’s ship.

“Could it possibly be true?” “It couldn’t  be, could it?” Tina thought.

Although Tina continued to struggle with the information Olivia had given to her in her heart she knew that what Olivia had said was true. Her body and soul ache for Bette almost continuously even when she slept. There was no escaping this truth. All these different norms and laws of nature was strange to her and she needed Bette’s help to understand but from what Olivia said Bette had skip the introduction to soul mates classes, arrogantly thinking she knew everything she needed to know about love and did not need the classes.

Tina chuckled at that bit of information that Olivia had given her. “Bette Porter you are not the guru of love” Tina thought to herself.

Tina decided that she would need to know as much as possible about Bette’s world from Olivia but for now she needed to find one Bette “I know everything I need to know about love” Porter.

Although Olivia and Bette had showed Tina how to beam from one place to another within the Plutaran world and re-assured her that beaming from one place to another within Plutaran was safe, Tina was still understandably nervous about beaming somewhere on her own. Tina took a deep breath, closed her eyes, and said a small prayer before she attempted to beam to her destination.
