Shane smiled softly at her, “Thank you for answering the questions, maybe soon I will be able to answer yours?”
Carmen nodded “When ever you are ready”
Shane held the steering wheel with one hand as she gently squeezed Carmen’s.

“So that’s the last bit” Shane announced as she stood up admiring the work that she had done.
“Thank you so much, I couldn’t imagine sleeping on the floor”
“No worries. Well I’d best get home, Shay looks like he could fall asleep where he stands” Shane walked over towards Shay, wiping her hands on her trousers. “Come on Shay lets go”
Shay walked softly towards the door “Bye Alice, Bye Carmen”
Shane looked at Alice who was fast asleep, curled up on the floor “Do you want some help getting her back to her place?”
Carmen shook her head “Nah its okay I’ll just let her kip here, I’ll drag her onto the bed in a bit”
“Okay, well I guess I’ll see you tomorrow. Night Carmen.”
Shane walked out of the door following Shay down the corridor.

Next Night

“So did you find a babysitter?” Alice asked Shane.
“Yeah I did. Bette and Tina have hired someone and they are letting Shay stay the night. I just dropped him off.”
“Cool, so how was the ride home yesterday?”
“It was okay Alice”
“So nothing happened?”
Shane shook her head “We just talked, that’s all I promise you”
“Did you have a chat with Shay?”
“Nope, why did he want to talk to me?”
“Yeah, he does. Just let him come to you on his own don’t push him”
“I won’t. I think I was too hard on him, grounding him.”
“No you did the right thing, he knows it too. Anyways we better get going or Carmen won’t be impressed if we are late”
“I guess not, so who is going to be there?”
“The usual, Bette, T, Helena, Lara, Jenny, Kit”
“Where was Helena last night?” Shane asked as they walked out of the door.
“I think she has met a lady friend. I haven’t really seen her around the apartment for a few days”
“Good for her”
“Yeah”

Twenty minutes later Alice and Shane walked into the Planet, seeing the place packed they walked to their normal table, all the girls were seated looking stunning.
“Hey everyone” Alice greeted the girls as they approached.
