‘You OK Ash?’ I asked quietly, breaking the quiet atmosphere. Ashley looked up in surprise and flicked another glance at Maggie before she spoke.
‘Uh, yeah,’ she stammered and I noticed Maggie shift on her stool. Interesting.
‘You want to meet me for lunch?’ I asked and Ashley looked at me in shock.
‘Um, actually I have plans,’ she looked a bit surprised with her own admission.
‘Oh yeah?’ I wanted to know what she was upto but wasn’t going to pry.
‘I’m um, meeting someone,’ she muttered and Maggie looked curious.
‘Amy?’ I questioned with a smirk.
‘Oh. Yes.’ Ashley seemed surprised I’d guessed correctly. Maggie looked slightly shocked.
‘I saw you two together yesterday, nice of you to carry her books,’ I teased trying to fathom out what was going on there.
Ashley looked a bit uncomfortable and I couldn’t tell what Maggie was thinking. I was thinking ‘love triangle hell’ in the making.
‘She had a lot of books,’ Ashley shrugged but then Maggie butted in.
‘You’re not together are you?’ She was frowning and kept reaching up under her hair to rub her neck .
‘No, we uh,’ she stuttered a bit. This was not the Ashley Davies I was used to. ‘We’re just friends. She’s really nice,’ she mumbled through a mouth full of cereal.
‘Yeah, she is.’ Maggie agreed. I couldn’t help but let out a cackle of laughter which startled Ash and made Maggie scowl.
‘Yeah, you’re both fucking whipped,’ I chuckled.
‘I’m not!’ Ashley exclaimed while Maggie glowered at me.
‘No Ash I didn’t mean you,’ I explained. Ooops, hadn’t meant any offence. ‘I meant Maggie and Amy.’ I waved my spoon at my sister.
‘Fuck off Austin,’ Maggie growled at me. I just gave her my best annoying sibling smile and finished my breakfast. I was just thinking of a good come back when Ashley interrupted.
‘Well, Amy did mention that you shared a hmmm…how did she put it ‘mutual appreciation’ for someone.’ Ash was looking down, avoiding eye contact. Was she jealous?
‘Yeah, you could call it that or you could say they both totally get off on being bottomed!’ I just had to get that in there and was chuckling away when I caught Ashley’s shocked expression.

omg so much is going on and i can see why spencer is so upset especially with the way ashley had responded to her words and touch at the hospital only to have her basically tell her to fuck off when she saw her again and than have her ‘kissing’ her friend. Spencer is in a hole and her friends need to help her i hope maggie can forgive her because i think spence is going to have a harder time forgiving her self…and sex will probably not be the same if she has it at all without feeling guilty pms

man I knew I shouldn’t have checked to see if there were any updates because as soon as I saw you’d posted I decided to forgo studying and read the chapter instead… so if I fail my chem test tmrw I blame you and your amazing story!!! but for real, this was sooo awesome. Ok, wow. Everyone pretty much said everything I wanted to say but not Are Kyla and Ashley sisters in this? is that Why Mads was staring at her like that? Who does Ash think Spencer is? Uh, one more thing, Love triangle is SUCH and understatement of what all Spencer’s got going on. It’s more like she’s a spider and each girl has her own line of web and sometimes they get tangled together. LolPost more soon, everyone secretly goes through withdrawl waiting.
okay, lemmie just say this: there is a 95% chance of maggie getting screwed over BIg time at the end of this if she loves spencer/ashley equally (half each). and i’ve come to realize that this whole thing is just one huge shit about to hit the fan, drama infested, love polygon story. AND I LUVS IT! haha. I contimplated being thirty minutes late to my first period class cuz i was reading this in school when i started haha. I love this so much because i feel like im a part of the action, like MY junkie friend just came back or something– writing like that (like how you write) takes talent and skill :) I hope one day I can write like that!
First, let me start off by saying that my time has not been my own lately. I usually do all my ff reading when I’m at work, but your last couple of updates were at a time when I hadn’t been at work. Well…can I just say that today was a really, really good day a work. I got to sit here (Clearly not doing work) and just read several chapters. It was AAAA mazing. Especially this chapter, not to say the others weren’t great as well, but I was really interested in seeing the whole Ash in the hospital thing and the wait soooo paid off. It’s so awesome to see how intense their connection is! I’m so excited for the next update, well, I’m always excited for the next update, but I’m getting manic about it now, so unless you don’t want to see me go insane and therefore unable to do any activities (such as the ones you yourself did this weekend- subsequently pissing off A LOT of ‘friends’ of mine) update asafp!
I know Spencer did a bad thing, but poor Spencer. I hope Maggie forgives her, cause I actually like them together. PMS please!!!

There’s so much shit going on but I love it and want more of it! Great, amazing, fantastic, fabulous, spectacular, stupendous, and every other word that’s a synonym for great, update! Can’t wait to read more!!
wow how do you keep track of all this? wait I know.. it’s because you’re freaking brilliant! holy shit I can’t believe everything that went down in the hospital. no wonder spence is so upset, after all of that and then ash being a complete bitch to her?! and wow if and when ash finds out it was spence who hurt maggie… oh man shit’s gonna fly then. yea I can definitely see this being a long VERY bumpy road to spashley! but I’m loving it. and so hmmm where do maggie and spence stand.. is that them together in the teaser… there’s going to be some major tension there that needs to be worked out. anyway rambled enough here.. pms please!
