"I know what you mean. So how have you been, Ash?"

"Same old. Same old."

"You and Spence still at war with each other?"

"Actually that’s why I’m here. I’m running lines with her for the play."

"Oh, yeah, she’s upstairs in her room."

"Okay, I’ll head up there then."

"I’ll keep an ear out and if I hear screaming profanity, I’ll know you guys are alright." Michelle joked

"Ha ha. Very funny, Michelle."

When Ashley got up to Spencer’s room, she saw Spencer laying on her bed listening to music with her eyes closed. She went up to Spencer and turned the volume all the way up on her iPod. Spencer quickly pulled the earphones out and got up.

"What the hell, Davies!?!" Spencer yelled "What is wrong with you?! I couldv’e lost my hearing!"

"And why would I care?"Ashley said with a smirk

"Okay, Davies, as ling as we’re gonna be in this play, I don’t think it’s gonna work if we’re constantly trying to kill each other. I’m not saying we have to like each other, but we’re gonna have to be cival. Deal?"

"Ugh, as much as I hate you Carlin…deal. And with this they shook hand and started their lines.They went over the first half of the play, the parts where the girls meet and they think they’ve seen love at first sight. But they’re just friends for now. Surprisingly, the whole time the two girls got along and we’re joking and laughing with each other.

Meanwhile, Kyla and Michelle were hanging out in Michelle’s room.

"Hey Kyla, is it just me or does it sound like they’re actually getting along?"

"Yeah, if those two weren’t so hard-headed, they’d realize how hopelessly in love with each other they are." Kyla said repeating her mother from earlier.

"Yeah. It’s like those two won’t just fall in love, they need someone to trip them first."

"Hmmm, I know what you mean, and I think that this play is a perfect foot to trip on."

When Spencer and Ashley were done with their lines, Spencer said something that shocked Ashley and herself

"You know Ashley, I think I was wrong about you. You’re okay."

"I’m starting to think the same about you. But I still don’t like you."

"Yeah I didn’t say that I don’t hate you, you’re just not as bad as I thought."

"Neither are you, Spencer."
