    Rachel lays it all out for Ashley.

     

    “What, you were expecting Spencer?” Rachel said, her tone cold and even.

    “No…I mean…what’s going on?”

    “Listen, Ashley, you and I aren’t friends. We’ll never be friends. Spencer wants you in her life again and I’ll grin and bear it—for now—because I only want to make her happy. But I don’t have to like it, and I certainly don’t have to like you.”

    “But I thought you and I were ok, I mean, everything went really well tonight.”

    “Let me get right to the point. I know that you fucked my fiancée…”

    “I don’t know what you’re talking about,” Ashley said, unsure of how to talk her way out of this one.

    “But that was years ago,” Rachel said as Ashley let out a silent sigh of relief, “Yet, for some reason I can’t quite understand, I still have to hear about you, and have dinner with you, and have your picture on my goddamn wall. Something’s not right about that. Now, you have two options. The first one is to walk out of this house and never see or talk to Spencer again. Personally, that option is my favorite. Or you can tell her that you had a change of heart and never want to see or talk to her again.”

    “So basically, my only choice is to subtract myself from Spencer’s life altogether?” Ashley said, her anger climbing to its boiling point.

    “Um, yeah. Pretty much,” Rachel replied with a smile.

    “It’s never going to happen. I mean, how could you possibly stop me from seeing or talking to her? She’s an adult.”

    “I have my ways.”

    “You have your ways? Listen, Rachel, you’re not some Marvel Comics villain, ok? And this isn’t high school. I’m not scared of you.”

    Rachel nodded and stood up slowly, expertly composing her words, “You’re not the only one. You’d be an idiot to think that you are.”

    “What are you talking about?”

    “I just want you to know that if you think you’re special, you’re not. If Spencer cheats on me with you it wouldn’t be her first affair and it probably won’t be her last.”

    “I don’t believe you.”

    “She and I have an understanding. I fuck who I want and she fucks who she wants and as long as it doesn’t affect our relationship, it’s fine. But I won’t tolerate some ex who still has it bad for her from junior high. I won’t tolerate you.”

    3. omg i never thought that would happen. rachael is a mega bitch and i really hope that spencer ends it b/c that was messed up what she did to ashley. and thats wrong for spencer to lead ashley on like that too without telling her about there arrangement. can’t wait until the next one.     6. ok umm. wtf? rachel, ugh i cant even come up with the right word for her. does spencer know of this said “deal”? or is rachel just fucking round for the hell of it? ashley has got to be dying right now. she needs a break from the pain. and spencer, if the “deal” is true, than thats just..thats just, ugh again at loss for the right words. and if its not, spencer better beat down on rachel and i mean hard! love your story! pms! lol
