I just look at her not knowing exactly what to say to all this, I blink at her.

“it’s so unlike you to act like this, you don’t usually do this kind of thing Danni.” She just shrugs.

“ Hey things change besides wasn’t it you that said I need to let loose more?” she says pointedly to me.

“Yeah I did but I was talking about you going to a party once in awhile and not have your nose in a book studying.” I say

She shrugs again and looks at her watch.

“Enough about Aiden and I, we better get to our next class Maddy break’s almost over.”

AFTER SCHOOL

Thank goodness schools over. I’m walking through the quadand I see a group of my friends. Well I guess you could hardly call them friends. They’re only my friends when it suites them really.

I smile a sweet fake smile at them, it’s forced one but I know it’s what they expect from me. To look happy. As I’m about to walk up to them I look across the quad and see the most beautiful blue eyes, it’s as if it was timed. We looked up at the same exact moment and her eyes stare into mine.
The forced smile I had disappears as I see who she’s with.

Ashley

A glower expression spreads across my face, I see even after last night she’s still with Ashley. I lower my head look up again and her eyes are still gazing at me, a sad expression radiates off me and at the moment I don’t care if my friends see me like this. I see them walk away together, I turn my head away with
disappointment and sit down, plastering a smile across my face, trying so hard not to turn and see her.

Knowing it’d be of her walking away from me and walking with HER. I pretend to pay attention to my friends nodding my head at the appropriate moments. I finally let myself turn in the direction I last saw Spencer and I guess I shouldn’t of been too surprised when I see she’s in Ashley’s car, they’re driving off. I watch until their car is out of sight. That’s when I decide I’m not going to just stand by and do nothing.

I’m not going to let Ashley get her way. I’m Madison Duarte damn it and I might be new to liking girls but if I want something I’m going to get it and what I want is Spencer. I know she has some kind of feelings for me, she’s not the kind of girl who sleeps around. I keep telling myself this .

The next time I see her I won’t go until she finally hears me out and breaks up with Ashley. Ashleys has another thing coming towards her if she thinks she can get away with hurting spencer and I’m going to make sure she pays for it.
